No one likes to deal with a car accident and all the headaches that come with it. My son had a fender bender and my insurance gave me 3 auto shops they work with that could deal with the repairs. I read the reviews and Ferman Collision had the best reviews. I have to say I was very impressed! Cody was awesome and kept me up to date on the progress of my car. It took a little longer to get my car done than what was originally told to me, but only by a couple of days and I realize some issues can't be helped if you want it done right the first time. My car looked great after it was completed. They even let me drop my rental car there and took care of making sure the rental place got their car back. I would recommend Ferman Collision Center to anyone needing auto detailing/repair. Everyone was professional and courteous. Like I said, no one likes the inconvenience of a car accident, but Ferman just made the car repair process less stressful. Thank you, Ferman

Do not recommend taking your vehicle here. I went to pick up my vehicle and there was some debris that had been painted over and I refused the vehicle, their solution was just to chip it off and leave a white speck in the paint that is deep, past the base layer. This would’ve required a whole repaint of the bumper to fix it properly and they were not willing to do that. Not that it should matter, but this was on a $65k corvette so I would expect much better workmanship than this. Very disappointed. On the bright side, the front desk was super helpful and got back to me right away about any questions that I had.

This facility is clean and nice size. Staff were professionally contact the customer for an update. However it is not their fault that getting parts late during this time in pandemic. But I can’t get rid of impression that they were in rush because they didn’t mentioned obvious thing and didn’t tell us until mentioned. There is no way any mechanic miss this issue. Main rear tail lights not power? No running light or brake light. They fixed it very next day but it is inconvenient that we have to drive up there twice and leave a vehicle for 2 hours twice. First day of pick up and second day.

5 months prior I had a reputable collision center out of state quote me double due to additional fees to recalibrate the front censor after bumper removal. This made the price not worth the fix. That fee never was brought up, and the quote remained the same as it was over the phone at the Brandon location. Truck was returned the same day. Thank you Ferman!

Getting my Jeep repaired through this company was by far the worst experience ever. I was referred to this company by Geico and regrettably have been given false expectations on the time repair. There's no proactive communication in regards of the status and I personally have reached out to them weekly. False expectations are set, and they're incapable of being accountable for misleading you. Go to a reputable, credible and reliable collision center you can trust.

horrible experience, take your car somewhere else. it’s taken over a month for an exhaust and bumper issue. they have been giving us dates that the car would be ready, we call every expected day for updates, yet it’s always extended. they’re ordered the wrong exhaust, blamed it on us, and took weeks to install the same (BROKEN) one. they’re not prioritizing my car whatsoever, which is extremely unprofessional. my rental car is now flagged because it isn’t possible for us to extend the dates with geico. thanks for the huge inconvenience.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE..if I could give it zero stars I would. I don’t ever make reviews like this but after constant struggle with this company it’s a must, so no one goes through this. I took my car by recommendations of my insurance GEICO, worst mistake. My car was dropped off Nov 14, 2024, The communication with the staff was horrible I have never seen such bad customer service in a facility. After 1 month had to start calling get updates since no one would call me. on After weeks of not knowing anything finally was told the car was ready pick up only to find the car was not completed. This was the first of 3 attempts and the car always had problems. Spoke to manager Scott, emailed upper management Thomas and nothing was fixed. Mind you they charged the insurance $10,000 plus for fixing the minor damages. I did not get my car until mid January and only took it back because they were not able to get a bumpers part properly placed and did not know how to fix it. Now couple months later come to find out the radiator they replaced for the air conditioner was not properly tightened and damaged the hose to the air conditioner… Probably done on purpose, or they don’t have trained staff to work on cars. Safe yourself the headaches and take it somewhere else

Communication is terrible leave msg no one return your call. They update on the text message is different from the person responsable for the department. My car still have a broken tail light, back door is rusting already with broken parts inside the door and bolt missing. Called gaico several times they conference call Ferman the manager is never there.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of service here. I picked up my vehicle and had to drive back to Jacksonville the same day. About 30 minutes into the drive I received a transmission overheating warning and the car went into limp mode. A few minutes later I also got a low coolant warning. When I pulled over, the car was completely overheated. I had to buy and add a full gallon of coolant just to continue driving. About an hour later, I then received a low oil warning, causing the car to go into limp mode again. It was clear that the coolant and oil levels were never properly refilled after the work was done. On top of that, I had a front lip installed that I supplied ($500 part). Instead of installing it correctly with rivets, they screwed it directly into the plastic bumper. The lip tore off and flew away while driving on the highway all because it was installed improperly. For a collision center that should take pride in detail and safety, this was unacceptable and felt very unsafe driving my vehicle after they released it to me. Between the lack of care, incorrect installation, and failure to fill essential fluids, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great experience with Ferman Collision Center. While the repair process itself went smoothly and the quality of work was excellent, I ran across some complications with my insurance provider being difficult during the process. Ferman truly stepped up and went above and beyond to help work through those issues and advocate on my behalf. They handled everything professionally and made sure the situation was resolved without adding stress on my end. I especially want to thank David, the manager, for his leadership and support throughout. The communication, workmanship, and customer service from the remaining team were all top-notch. I’m very appreciative of the team and would highly recommend Ferman to anyone needing repairs. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for any future work.

After my accident Geico referred me to partnership body shops for a smooth process with my repairs. Dealt with Carlos and David. I believe unprofessional guys. .. . The vehicle took almost four weeks and still had to send the vehicle to a partner store to fix all their errors . . .Carlos told me he's been in the body shop business for years but in fact the guy was unfocused, unreliable and non-experienced. Also receptionist personnel never had an idea or a clue when calling for updates. . . Facilities was clean & perfect location. . I just believe that Carlos and David who is the GM (Sadly) Nasty and just unprofessional and as an employees of a Big Brand like Ferman is embarrassing . . GEICO adjuster did help to fix my situation.
