Took both my truck's one to have them change the spark plugs and ignition coils and the other one to replace the water bump and the starter before I knew it in one hour they were done great work and the best thing about my experience was the price everyone else was charging double the price with a three hour waiting time I recommend Sammy's garage for this type of work hands down the best!!!

We took our pick up truck to have the lifter cam repaired. Instead , they stole our engine and replaced it with a junk yard engine. When confronted about stealing our engine , they admitted to the "MISTAKE" and offered to replace the bad junk yard engine with another junk yard engine. When we refused and told them we wanted a new engine or our money back, they said that they would give us the money back, but expected the engine back as well. We ended up paying a second mechanic to fix the junk yard engine because Sammy"s refused to work with us.

Took my car to this place 3 times and after having the problem in my car coming back and spending over $600 dollar with them I decided to have someone else looking at my car and came to find out this place was only taking my money and fixing the car temporarily and telling me that they fix a lot of stuff that was never done and where done incorrectly. So I went back and asked for my money back and the owner didn’t even know how to lie about it.! I do not recommend this place at all.

Went to this place and they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to get my car running and an in shop fee. I ended up telling them no and he told me I needed to get it towed off his property. I ended up getting it towed like an hour later and called asking the guy in the front to leave me my keys as I was about to pick them up. He literally said "I left the keys on the car.." I thought "WHAT!?'' I said: "You left them on the car?" He says: "They are outside of the car when you come you'll see them." I came back with the tow and sure enough my keys were DANGLING outside the door, just hanging in the lock!! This was a very unprofessional move and unfortunately I will not be recommending him to anyone. Since no one was watching and he was on the other side of the property, someone could have stolen my car. This move was very disrespectful and I usually don't write negative reviews but this was rude on all levels. The guy that runs this place is super ghetoo, unprofessional, and charges way too much!

******DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP***** I paid to get my ac fixed and it was not fixed. Sammy was very rude and nasty after he took my money and didn’t want to fix what i paid him for. He told me to come back to his shop to fix the work twice. The 1st time he was not there and the 2nd time he refused to help. Wasted time and money!

I was on a business trip to Tampa and my car's A/C stopped working. The thought of a return trip for several hours in the Florida hot sun with thunderstorms - was a nightmare thought. I stopped in on a whim - BEGGING for help. Sammy's took mercy, worked me in, did a quick diagnostic, and repair of a relay switch and I drove home in cool AC. Extremely fair prices and just good guys. Real stand up guys!

My experience with thIs shop was terrible. Customer service was horrible. The young lady working front desk and phones lied several times to me and acted like it was an inconvenience to answer my questions about my car. My head gasket blew and I agreed to have it repaired. For a month and a half I was told.... it'll be ready " tomorrow " Now I do realize that unforeseen occurances happen but this was deliberate. I made the mistake of paying my bill so my car was not a "priority" When I picked the car up there were several screws, bolts missing and parts broken that were not when it arrived. The part broken was zipped tied WITH A MIX OF OF JB.WELD. When I asked one of Sammy's employees he just said " it's okay After being broke down I looked at hidden screws and those were missing SO THEY JUST SCREWED in bolts that were noticeable. Not only lazy but unethical. The level of disrespect In the way they treated my car was unbelievable. There was grease all over the Steering wheel, doors, arm rested and even in carpets. Most of it came out after my complaint but it's still noticeable. When I was leaving today I was told.... " as long as u don't turn it off it'll run good." As I pulled outta the parking lot I literally made it two blocks and was stuck on the side of the road again. I had to leave it again. The car is having trouble running now. THEY DONT KNOW WHY. I usually don't take the time to review. There is good and bad about everywhere. Good days.... bad days. Good employees and bad. The difference here though is much deeper. THIS PLACE DEFINTLY FAILED TO TREAT ME LIKE A CUSTOMER. FROM START TO FINISH.THEY FAILED..... IN KEEPING ME INFORMED.NOT CALLING ME ONCE THE WHOLE TIME THEY HAD MY CAR. I CONTINOUSLY HAD TO CHACE ASKING QUESTIONS. IN KEEPING MY CAR CLEAN AND NOW RUINED MY CARPET. IN PROVIDING REALIBLE SERVICES ALWAYS TELLING ME THERE WAS A NEW ISSUSE BUT NEVER KNOWING WHAT IT WAS OR HOW TO FIX IT. IN WORKING IN A TIMELY MANNER TO GET MY CAR PUT BACK TOGETHER IN LEAVING PARTS MISSING, SCREWS LOOSE AND LACK OF DIRECTION AS TO WHERE I SHOULD GO FRON THERE My anger today was boiling. I literally have poured all my money into this and literly feel like they took my money. Tomorrow I'm having someone else look at the car and they seem to think it sounds like the timing belts off. Overall I would highly recommend finding a different place. This place has a reputation for these issuse. Had I og know I would have saved myself much trouble and stress.

My truck has been there several times now and still terrible. They put in a new motor and broke something for the ac. Had to bring it back several times. This time we got it back and 2 days later has no oil and broke down and they're denying responsibility over 5 miles from leaving their shop. My truck is there NOW! You damaged my transmission since it's been there and now refuse to fix that.

I Brought my 2001 Lexus IS300. Here to get a Timing Belt replacement done here. I had my own parts. Timing Belt, Water Pump, Crankshaft and Camshaft Seals, Thermostat, and All. They also noticed I had two bad lower control arms (The bushings were bad) and recommended that I replace them right away. They showed me when my vehicle was on the lift. They started Monday and Finished by the end of the Week. Highly Recommend Company. Thank You Mr. Sammy for your team and Business.

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! This shop purchased a USED transmission from us and did not install any new fluids. When they returned the transmission and after we removed the drain plug and inspected the unit, we noticed not a drop of fluid came out and nothing was lubricated. So we mention this to the owner and he said that these particular transmissions don't need to have fluids replaced. And when I tried to correct him, he called me an AC loving google nobody that don't know anything about transmissions. But the TRUTH is, he is INCORRECT!!! ALL transmissions require fluids to operate properly. And anytime there is any issue with a transmission, the FIRST thing you should do is check the fluids!!! And any time you install a transmission, or work on things like the AXELS or some TCMS, you must make sure you put the correct amount and type of fluids in the unit. Since the shop assumed these units don't require fluid changes, the shop never even checked the fluids. Even after the transmission starting acting up and even after multiple replacements of the TCM (which bolts to the side of the transmission and run off internal gears they require to be lubricated), the shop never even considered the fact that the UNIT may be low, or in this case completely out of fluid. So because the fluids were never replaced the unit failed and the mechanic blames us.... What a JOKE!!! UPDATED: I had to update my review because of the owners response and let it be known that it looks like they are posting fake reviews. Just look at the review Josiel Gonzlez left for them and you will see who uses google. The review is a clear cut and paste job and they want to accuse me of "using google". LOL And also I want to make it very clear that the transmission they returned didn't even have a drop of fluid in the unit. It is very hard to drain a unit to the point where its complexly dry. Plus the unit had clear signs of being operated without any fluid, from the burnt smell to the burnt gears it was obvious this unit was driven without fluids. And we did refund the customer for the NEW and USED TCM they purchased, so another fake fact they are trying to use.

I made an appt for 8a.m. Saturday & I returned @12p.m. to my vehicle in the same spot I left it. When I asked the front desk about the hold up they argued that I never booked an appt & that they share a phone number with a neighboring shop & they probably answered & booked my appt. Totally unprofessional & disorganized employees that don't have the first clue on how to communicate & problem solve.

Great service! Very knowledgeable and attention to detail. Gave me great advice on what to do to keep my vehicle well maintained, and they didn't ask to do extra things that I didn't need like other mechanics normally do. I was very satisfied with the work and customer service.

I paid to have radiator hoses replaced. They put in a faulty hose that busted and caused my car to break down in the middle of Fowler. And just before that, a plastic piece under front bumper which they tried and failed to reattach, broke and jammed in the tire before flying off on the causeway while I was heading to St. Pete. I had it towed back to them. They then told me I needed to also replace the head gasket and the timing chain. I paid an additional $1,600 to take have the work down. They kept my car for 3 weeks. I lost business, money, and opportunities. Since their supposed work, my car has been making massively loud noises, especially when 1st started. It also shakes rattles and squeals when driven. I've now taken my car into them numerous times only to be told there's nothing wrong with my car. The issues have increased, so I recorded the noises it's been making and played it for them. They acknowledged the problem. I scheduled a day for them to look at my car. They promised to call me at 2 or 3 pm. That call never came. I tried calling them, and there was no answer and no answer the next day. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE... The next day, I got a ride to the shop with a neighbor. I told them I tried calling, but there was no answer. The owner's brother, Jose, began to yell and curse at me. He said his brother was right, that I just like to complain. He me if I didn't like it, I could take my car a leave. My neighbor spoke with him, and they then took my car out to locate the issue. His conclusion was that it was the timing chain. The very thing I paid them $1,600 to replace. The brother pretended to look up the work they supposedly did previously. He, once again, lied and said they replaced a hose, gasket, and radiator. ALL LIES! To sum this up, this has been going on since January. My engine is rattling and about to die. Because I paid them for a job never done, I've got no more resources to get my car properly fixed. I'm retired and disabled so my income is quite limited. I'm writing this review in hopes that I can spare someone else the pain and suffering I've been going through. They're thieves, liars, and grand rip-off artists. NEVER GO THERE!!!
