Had a flat tire at Sligh Ave. and Florida. Made my way to McNatt Cleaners parking lot to check out how bad it was. Then a voice shouted from behind me: "Hey if you back your truck up over here I can fix that flat!" I turned around to see an elderly gentleman from Sunny Day Auto Sales motioning me to his lot next door. When I backed up and got out he immediately said, "No charge, don't worry about anything." Within 10 minutes he and another gentleman had lifted up back end, examined tire, dug out the spot, plugged it the old fashioned way, and I was ready to be on the road again. The gent that motioned me over whipped out his phone and dialed a number getting wholesale quotes for 4 new tires and said, "This is Sunny, I need a price on......". After he finished his call he told me to come back if and when I need new tires. Amazed and overwhelmed.

I'm giving four stars for a couple reason. 1. Provided a good deal on the vehicle and was able to finance me a vehicle, which is driving very well. 2. The owner and sales manager are very polite and reasonable guys, as long as You dont start on a bad foot. Which is understandable: give respect to earn it. 3. I love the car I bought, had low mileage and 1 owner, quality vehicle. BUT... you must do your research before buying any car. Even if they dont provide it. That's what vin numbers are for... so yes I did my research and knew what I was buying. These guys buy auction cars, fix them up and you get what you buy.. no complaints... Now as for why I didnt give a 5 star........ The process to get financed is too long, ONLY because they close when the banks are at lunch in California.. HELLO. It took 3 days . I think if they were open later then 4pm east standard time and there was a lot more dedication to the financial portion of the sale they would be able to finance alot more people and faster. Make more money. Anyways. That's my opinion, to each their own. Thanks again Hasan and sales guy for the time.

Called to inquire about a car, he said it was available. When I asked if it had a clean or rebuilt title he said well if you find a car that is beautiful and runs fine it doesn't really matter what the title says. I responded well it does matter a bit to me. He got mad and said well nevermind the car has been sold and hung up on me! 🤣🤣🤣 trying to rip people off and gets angry when confronted about it. Don't give them the time of day! lol

If you’re looking into buying a car DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to Sunny Day Auto sales. Messaged them and asked what a down payment they’re looking for, for one of their vehicles and they said they don’t do down payments and was rude as heck to me. When they advertise LOW DOWN PAYMENTS and financing. All I got from them was rudeness and lies! Would not recommend! Guy stopped messaging me when I sent him pictures of his shop and the fact it says that they finance after he said they didn’t. Horrible customer service and false advertisement.

There were many great quality cars to pick from. Nat was very knowledgeable in the auto industry and he helped us choose an awesome vehicle! Crooks! Mr. Hassan, (who refers to himself as President of Sunny Days Auto) is rude, dishonest, and arrogant. Today I called and spoke with Mr Hassan about a car he listed for sale. The price was a little too good to be true so I was expecting a major issue with the vehicle. That didn’t bother me none as long as the engine was good as I didn’t care about the transmission or body or breaks. He indicated in his post that the vehicle was (not fully running and driving but that it turns over) and (this truck is his personal truck). So I asked him the mileage and what symptoms the vehicle was having. He became extremely distressed and told me the vehicle was parked 10 years ago and that if I wanted an engine I could find one in perfect condition for 5,000$ somewhere else. Well as a last attempt I asked him if the engine at least ran when it was parked or if there was catastrophic damage. He again became extremely aggressive and told me somebody had just walked in the door and bought the vehicle. Now I understand that this was priced below average and again I was expecting some sort of problem, (I’m not looking to get something for nothing) however Mr Hassan clearly lives in some sort of fantasy world where he can ask well above (what we would call) scrap, but doesn’t feel he needs to tell you anything about what you are spending your good money on. Even if he had just said he didn’t know, I still would have wanted to do an inspection to see what I was buying. Mr Hassan believes in his altered reality that you as a buyer have no right to question him and you are only meant to give him your money. Clearly insane!
