They fixed my card but not have the right tools i had to spend the whole days looking for the right tools and when I find it its closed then they finished next day only to have a different issue come up so I made them look at it again and now my car is running perfect would give five stars if I didn't have to find my own tools....but they do do the job eventually.

I was referred to him from a friend. He is more than awesome. He helped my daughter with her 2009 Jetta.. Then she bought a used 2011 jeep wrangler with his approval, and he showed her a couple minor issues with it. So then the Jetta sits for a month or so. I then decided to drive it. Well it had the same issues from when we first brought it to him. He was able to warranty the part out and only charged me for labor!!!

Gomez is a good person and his place is busy. I'm going to get my problem fixed today hopefully. I realize he is dealing with Covid is issues, just hope he can fix my older car's driver's seat so I can get in and drove back to Memphis. I bought a 2009 Dodge Caravan and it was pretty great. I had a wreck and this car is a 1998 Dodge and it needs some work!!! Will pray that he will find time to fix it so I can return to Memphis.

My radiator just happened to spring a leak (several actually) when I was passing near this garage so I didn't really choose them...it was here or call AAA to get towed somewhere else. The man I spoke to was friendly and responsive and gave me what I considered a fair estimate. I got the car back the next morning (I had the problem at about 5:30 PM on my way home from work). I don't think I have ever had the final charge for any repair be identical to the original estimate (it is usually substantially more), but in this case it was, so I liked that. I'd recommend this place because I feel that they did the repair well for a reasonable price. The drawback of this place is that there are always about 50-60 cars on their small lot. I don't know why (maybe corporate repairs that are secondary to drive-in customers?).

SERVICE PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT BEWARE. THIS Shop has had my vehicle for over 5 months. GOMEZ is a LIAR and messed up my vehicle and refuses to fix my vehicle. There is zero communication unless you pop up unexpectedly. HELP the community spread the word so he doesn't rip anyone else off and inconvenience people and families. Concerned Citizens. The only thing he has done consistently is avoid my calls, I have to call from different phone numbers for him to answer, and LIE about the work he has done, LIE about talking to my warranty company, LIE about my truck being fixed and even LIE about being at the shop. My daughter called and he answered, since he didn't know her number, and told her to call him back as he wasn't at the shop, yet when we pulled up 5 minutes later he was working on a vehicle. He is a LIAR!!!, doesn't do quality work and then breaks things to try and get more money.

If I can give them a zero I would. My husband brought his car there for regular maintenance (oil change, spark plugs a full tune up and timing belt repair). When he went to pick the car up it was still making the nose from the timing belt. It was smelling like gas. I recently moved out of Tampa drove down an hour because he worked with my car before so when I bring it home it's shooting out gas from my fuel injector. It was broken when. I brought it back to them they told me they didn't notice a break and that it could.of had a small crack already. My car has never had a problem with gas until I brought it to them. Not only did I bring it back for them to correct the problem they told me they didn't break the fuel injector and went ahead and charged me for the piece on top of already paying for a tune up. These ppl where good maybe 7 years ago when I first started dealing with them but they completely fell off the grid. I will never use these ppl again and I will definitely be finding a way for them to be responsible for what they did to my car

scammers specially the owner Trust me you going to pay x3 on the price If you dont trust me get a price from them and compare it with other mechanics prices and you going to see the difference They charged 250$ for just plugging a cable So if you want to save money and save a headache don’t come to these scammers And they dont pay taxes cash price is different than card price

I had to engage with this business through my dealership. they had my car for close to one month. however, all best efforts were being done. at times it was very intense between myself and the shop. having just bought the vehicle and not having access, and paying out of pocket for uber and car rentals was agonizing and financially painful. but I must admit when mistakes were made or inconveniences, he went over and beyond, Ramon (?) stepped up. I appreciate his work and efforts. I would like to see him be more communicative and calling clients so that they can make proper decisions and arrangements without the stress of it being last minute. the other, would be don't over promise and under deliver. it is apparent that he cares about his profession, and his quality of work.

Ricardo is phenomenal, he is a very honest person. I went there with issues with the wheel bearing and wanted to change breaks for my Subaru crosstrek. He arranged all the parts and got everything ready within a day. I will go back to him again.
