Poor customer service. Vehicle purchased here has a tampered odometer and business owner refuses refund. Vehicle was advertised and odometer displayed as being 80 thousand miles lower then it actually is. Police investigated and found more vehicles on lot with altered odometers

Stay away from these people they are scum. Theifs and total liers i would not buy or have anything done by this group. He like to contact you via social media and play like he is a private seller. Then you find out later yau to use him to do all the title work and transfer and pay his dealer fees. Total scam....

WARNING !!!!! This company is changing names to hide, known names are Express Auto Repair Sales and Towing LLC, S&S Auto, & Sham Auto. Located at 3701 N 15th St Tampa Fl. 33610 I wish the law can shut these crooks down, they are thieves. Why can't I go lower than one star please just this one time. Sham auto is a SHAM! Don't waste your time nor money there. He is very rude and disrespectful and not a man of his word. He trys to talk to you any kind of way because he believes you NEED him, no there are plenty of shops with people who will respect you and give you quality work and have the work completed when promised.

This place use to be a great shop when Black was around....I've been going here for 15+ years and now that the son(s) are in charged this place is slowly being destroyed....these guys have no clue how to run a auto repair shop! They have caused me nothing but money and headaches. ...GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

WARNING, WARNING!!! DON'T do business with SHAMS AGAIN...I took my Altima to have a MOTOR put in just the MOTOR. When I get it back I ended up with a power steering problem that I didn't have before. and of course he said he didn't do nothing. I had good work did when his DAD was there it was Soo much better. I advised you to video record your vehicle before leaving it. Wish I would of read reviews before they are NO LIE!! Bad Business DON'T DO IT PERIOD 😤
