I had a terrible experience with this muffler shop. I initially bought a muffler from them and paid for both the part and labor. The owner assured me that if I changed my mind and wanted to put my original muffler back on, he would do it for free, which means no labor charge. When I decided to take him up on that offer and returned to the shop, he completely backtracked on his promise. Not only did he refuse to reinstall the original muffler for free, but he also tried to charge me again for labor ($150)! This is completely unprofessional and dishonest. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Terrible customer service and shady business practices!

Went here to get am resonators put on, and Isa quoted me a price which was fair because another shop said that’s how much it would cost, but we agreed on a lower price. Eddy I believe his name was worked on my car quickly, and had PERFECT placement and piping whereas the other shop gave me excuses as to why it would be difficult to do. You can tell these guys are experienced at what they do. Don’t be thrown off by the appearance go here if you want legit work on your exhaust.

I honestly was a little skeptical at first, but the workers there were very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I went in to remove an exhaust tip that Madd Hadder Muffler put on that looked hideous and put on a muffler I purchased online and they did the job exactly how I wanted it done at a reasonable price. Anything I ever need muffler wise done in Tampa I will be going to these guys.

Got them recommended to me because they fixed my friends car no problem but my car at least 3x called and told me it was ready when it had the exact same problem nothing fixed I finally decided just to take the car it’s obvious they don’t know how to repair it. So my question is HOW CAN YOU SAY THE CAR IS READY WITH THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM?!!!!! IF YOU DIDNT KNOW WHAT YOU WERE DOING WHY TAKE ON THE JOB AND RIP ME OFF FOR 2k?!!!!!!

I came in for a muffler delete and changing exhaust tips and it looks amazing. You can tell Eric and Hector love cars and what they do. They made sure I liked the way it looked a fit before solidifying each part. They left my exhaust looking phenomenal.

Iba por cambiar mis llantas Honda Civic, me dañaron los rines y el dueño solo me dijo vete de aquí, no es forma de tratar a un cliente; la persona no sabía cómo cambiarlas, Primero lo llevo porque andaba sonido la bomba de power steering y dijeron que cable de presión; Después la volví q llevar porque estaba votando el aceite y me dijeron que era la Bomba de power steering de mi Honda Crv 2008, y me dañaron una dijeron que había salido mala y me cobraron más dinero, te aconsejo que asunto de mecánica no lo lleves ahí no se hacen responsable de nada.
