Rudest, most unapologetic, most unprofessional place I have maybe ever dealt with. All they had to do was simply replace my bumper and it took 8 days after promising 2 days. They were not concerned at all about lying about the process or apologizing about the hassle.

Go anywhere else. UPDATE: Since leaving after the initial "repair", I've had to bring my car back TWICE on separate occasions for issues that were damaged during repair. First, an interior panel had to be reattached (shoddy) and then, neither of my rear windows worked after I brought it to Gerber. They worked fine before I brought it there. They were reluctant to fix it and wanted me to "wait until after the quarantine" for something that should have been right the very first time it left their shop. When I brought my car here, I was told that the repairs would "not take more than two weeks". Then, after my car was taken in and dismantled, they sent me an estimated time of almost FOUR weeks. Of course, by that time I was unable to take my car somewhere else and I was stuck with being without a car for nearly a month. When I called and asked about this, I was told that my car had an unusual paint job. It's a 2017 Ford with factory paint -- not sure what's so uncommon about that. I was promised updates on the progress of the repairs every Tuesday and Thursday, which I have not gotten. Each time I've called, I've been strung along with false promises of finish dates and a some BS line about my car's "unusual" factory paint job. Go anywhere else if you actually need repairs done in a timely manner. This is unacceptable.

Very Professional , Called and kept me up to date , the most important thing is that I brought my truck there not so clean because I have been really busy . When I picked up my vehicle not only did they repair the damage of my vehicle , they washed and cleaned the inside of my vehicle for me , which I didn't expect . Great customer service . If ever needed again I will use you all again .

Tony was my assigned mechanic after getting into an accident and loosing my front bumper. The service was quick and professional. They sent updates via text messages and kept great contact with Geico and my auto adjuster. They work with enterprise so that you can get a rental over there while you drop your car off. Overall amazing customer service. Will be working with them in the future.

Brought my car on June 26, 2023, to have the bumper headlight and driver finder fix. I was told they had all the parts there. I was told it would take 8 days that my car would be ready, not true. They never called to update. They have been giving me the run around and the repairs on my car. The guy Kohl G is the adjuster, and now he just avoids me. My car has been there for over 14 days. Don't come here. If I could give no star I would

After my accident I brought my car to Gerber for repair. They were very upfront about the parts shortage and informed me that parts could possibly take up to 7 months to come in based on other alike vehicles they had fixed. I was in an unfortunate situation considering I was moving out of state much sooner than that. The ladies in the office were aware of my concern and kept me updated as the parts came in and I was EXTREMELY lucky I was able to have my car fixed before my move. It took about a month for parts to come in but as soon as they did I had my car back (and detailed) in 2 days. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I hope I never need to have body repair done on a vehicle again but if I do I hope I’m so lucky to find a place as professional as Gerber to do the work in another state. My car looks brand new again—the collision team did an excellent job! Thank you Gerber! Highly recommend!

Highly satisfied with this location!! Excellent customer service and compassion from Miss Blue. Very knowledgeable staff all around!! Kohl was very helpful in explaining how the entire process works and reassuring me that he had everything handled ! This is more than likely a difficult time for any customer who is having to do business here (typically car issues) and this staff goes above and beyond to do anything they can to alleviate any burden for customers!!
