Called looking for some information on an older vehicle I'm restoring myself because the BMW dealerships just don't have this type of experience with older vehicles like the E36. I went in with a bad headlamp... The amazing mechanic disassembled the part to fix it, instead of having me buy the expensive replacement.... he did it all in a moments notice and for free. I expected to pay for it and for at least an hour of service. It was really warming to be treated so well, especially considering all that’s going on with the world right now. Impeccable service!!!!! I’ve found my permanent mechanic. I have an E60 chassis BMW.

The owner really do care about his clients. I took my car in for a check engine light. He was very helpful. Long story short, he found out the check engine light is actually going to cost me more than $4000 to fix it so instead of charging me $500 for the checkup, he only charged me $246. That little gesture was really appreciated. Thanks.

I've been going to them since 2020 to do oil change for my Benz. Always found the price to be fair and never had an issue with my car after a service A or service B. However, the recent service B job I found to be dishonest. The price ended up to be ~880 dollars including brake fluid change. As a result, I will going somewhere else for future car services.

I purchased a 6 year old Maserati Granturismo in 2019. While people are generally terrified of things going wrong with Maseratis, these cars are generally pretty reliable. However, with dealerships and Maserati specialists in the Bay Area, routine services can be crazy expensive. I talked to Ali a couple times about the initial maintenance I needed to do and he seemed very knowledgeable. He did a major service at a very good price and gave me terrific feedback on the state of the car - I was very satisfied. Strangely, you can run into problems with this car if you don't drive them enough so, one summer when I didn't drive it for a couple weeks, I started smelling smoke from the engine compartment. Ali diagnosed this and, again at a very competitive cost, repaired both leaky valve cover gaskets. I wholeheartedly recommend Ali and his team there to take care of you exotic car, even if it isn't German...

These guys held my car hostage for nearly two weeks, purposely dodging my calls. And they did it out of pure greed. The shop had just reopened after a renovation and was backed up with multiple repairs. They scheduled me in anyway, choosing not to disclose that fact. I was even told, "It might be here overnight" - a bold-faced lie. Two weeks later I'd missed nine days of work. And not only did I lose all those wages, they never completed the work. So I had to start all over again at another place. When I dropped it off I made it clear that I drive for a living, delivering food to seniors so they knew full well I was dependent on my vehicle. And still they led me on, as if they were just stumped and needed more time. Had I not intervened it's for certain they would have kept it longer. But I started calling them around the 7 day mark. They refused to pick up. I left three messages in a row and heard nothing so I rode my bike over. I walk in and there's the owner sitting there surfing the internet on the exact same phone I'd been calling. And I know for sure he'd received my messages because my girlfriend had sent him a text from her phone as a test, and he'd replied right away. He was purposely putting me off for the obvious reason: he knew if he answered and I demanded my car back, he'd lose out on the profit he'd make with the repair. His plan was to put me off as long as it took, until his guys were finally available, and then cash in. But once it became clear that the ruse was up, he figured "Ok, whatever. I'll just give the sucker his car back." He couldn't charge me because they hadn't done the work so instead he typed up his "guesstimate," along with a repair quote and sent me on my way. I seriously doubt his guys spent even an hour looking into the issue, they were too busy with the more profitable repairs. The community center I work for had to find replacements for each of those days - nine shifts total - to insure our clients were fed. These are elderly and disabled people, unable to prepare food for themselves. The owner, upon reading this should be ashamed of himself but judging from his unapologetic attitude I assume instead, that he'll respond with more lies. Nine working days, guys - straight up. If you are a regular person like me and you depend on your vehicle, do not use this shop. The shady owner will try and charm you. He will lie to your face, faking like they're still under the hood.

This included aftermarket parts when I needed a new suspension, which most people wouldn't. Chris is always friendly, happy to help, and very communicative about what's going on.
