Gave 5 stars because I don't want to hurt business. Hour and a half for an oil change is not ideal. I want to give my money to an independantly owned place instead of the chains, but time is money. $145, waste of time.

This place was a rip off. I came in today to try to see if I could get my seat fixed. All they did was stick their head down and look at it for 5 minutes without fixing anything. They charged me 100$ for that when there was no change at all with the car. They didn’t even seem like they knew what they were doing and it was a waste of money.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. I had an absolutely AWFUL experience with Gianni's, and I highly recommend that you avoid them at all costs. Gianni's had my new car for nearly a month while they replaced the transmission. Their communication was horrendous, they were incredibly unprofessional, and what should have been fixed in less than a week took way too long. They have a sign hanging in the lobby that says, "If a man says he will fix it, he will! There is no need to remind him every six months about it!" I'm pretty sure that's Gianni's motto, but even if you called to remind them every six minutes, they would probably still take forever to get the work done. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shitshow.

We were referred to Gianni's by the dealership we purchased our 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee from, as we were having some transmission problems and Gianni's worked with the dealer's warranty network. We are SO glad they did! Rich and his team did everything possible to avoid replacing our transmission, which we ended up having to do in the end. Regardless, Rich went above and beyond to get us the absolute best price on a nearly brand new transmission, for half the cost from the Jeep dealership! Rich kept us updated during the entire process, from what steps they were taking to diagnose the issue, all the way up to the day the new transmission would arrive and when to expect it to be complete. Our Jeep runs good as new now, and we're so grateful to have been introduced to this garage. Being our model of Jeep (SRT8) has a Mercedes transmission, I recommend Gianni's for ANY of your automotive needs, as they took this on with such skill and professionalism. I will be using Gianni's for any of my complex auto problems I can't solve on my own going forward, and will certainly recommend them to all my friends as well. THANK YOU AGAIN!

I needed a transmission line repaired on my car and these guys were angels. I was in a pinch leaving town for a road trip before holidays when the leak in my line was discovered. I have never wrote a review before but this repair shop was so wonderful and they deserve a lot of praise and compliments. Other shops in the area told me it could be 7-8 days before even getting me in for an appointment and I was looking at a wait of another couple days on top of that for the repair. Gianni's got me in and out with in 2 days! These guys are honest and good. The price for the repair was very fair and came in less than I was expecting. They were nice, polite, professional and very helpful. I was pleased 100% and highly recommend this shop to everyone!
