Took my BMW in for some front end work caused by a Mac truck’s blown tire on the FL turnpike. Jorge was recommended by my mechanic shop and what a great find! Excellent customer service! One of the guys drove me to work after dropping off my car on the repair day. I went in, spoke to Jorge who checked out the car and parts/work needed, and the following week, I took the car in as Jorge had the parts ordered ahead of time. Decent price for the work done and truly beats going to the dealer, where I was absolutely going to get ripped off. Highly recommend this body shop. Shoutout to Danny and Abdul too! Great guys! I’m a mature aged woman and it’s great to know they didn’t try to scam me at all. Thanks for a job well done! Hope I never need you again, but if I do, tag you’re it!

After two typical Miami experiences I ended up here and I am very happy about that. Went in, got an estimate right away that was even cheaper than the ones I got before. Agreed on a date to get my car repaired. Brought in my car on set date and it was done two days later. I had a scratch on my bumper and when asking about some other scratches and price, Jorge offered to take care of them, too. They were small and maybe no biggy for him, but he did myself a big favor. I would and will recommend this place to friends and family. Service is friendly and reliable.

DO NOT USE GIANT MOTORS for any repairs on your car. They supposedly are “a State Farm” certified dealer and I do not know how. I am a snowbird here in the Keys, and this place was the closest to take my car for almost 30k worth of damage. The estimate took forever, and now my car is almost a month over from when they said it would be done. They have been horrible at communicating, George is very unprofessional and was rude towards both my mother and I, and they overall have just been horrible. I pray to the Lord they actually know what they are doing so I can make it back home in my car IF I ever get it back, since this has been such a hassle. I’m a very very disappointed customer especially when my insurance paid them not even half way through the job being completed. And to top it off, my parents fly in to pick up my “completed car” to see it like this on the street — and then being told at least 2 more days. If I could leave negative stars, oh boy would I. Whatever you do, SKIP USING GIANT MOTORS AUTO BODY & PAINT!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure how there's negative reviews on this place. I've been here for my own cars around 3-4 times. Once an Alfa Romeo, a GTI, a Jeep Wrangler, etc. Aside from me personally being a repeat client, I've sent them numerous referrals, all of which have been extremely happy with their work. I've known Jorge & co since around 2018ish. They've always been nothing but the best. I'll be taking them my Cayenne this week to have some paintwork done. Thanks guys for being the best !!

Jorge and Giant are great and highly recommended. Brought my BMW X3 in for a cosmetic repair that Braman was loosely estimating would be $6k+. Giant provided me with an accurate estimate that was a fraction of that. The staff at Giant Motors were utmost professionals and I highly recommend them for all auto body services. They were very knowledgeable and honest from the start: from asking anticipatory questions about claims status and my specific insurance company, to making a quick assessment of my vehicle's damage in comparison to my insurance appraisal, to making an accurate estimate of how long it would take to complete the repairs. They were also quick to return my calls whenever I asked for a status update, and were honest about needing an extra day or two for additional damage discovered after removing the bumper and assessing internally, and they worked directly with my insurance company to relay the damage and get approval for the additional parts and service. They were even able to locate brand-specific parts for my Jeep at no additional cost compared to the generic parts approved on my insurance appraisal. My baby looked good as new and they had washed it before I picked it up!

Since the first day I called Giant Motors Auto and Paint Shop., I realized that they're gonna be friends with me instead of just somebody that was gonna work on my car. An when I met Jorge wow he really shocked me. Am a big pain in the butt. jejeje lol I was super impressed of how professional and great they were with me. When Jorge said that I was going to get a car wash.I was like "no u don't have to do that for me" but 😱omg. I was more than a little embarrassed because there was a huge mess due to it was going to be a total loss & I didn't expect that from them. They turned out to be perfect. Tomorrow I will pick up my car and I will add pictures to this review. I want to thank everybody that works there for going above and beyond my expectations.

Jorge and his crew are very accommodating and do a phenomenal job! They literally go out of their way to deliver exceptional service to their customers. I'm probably not a typical customer though, I come here for custom jobs on my vehicles and Jorge is by far the most professional and friendly person I have come to know. I'm fairly demanding and quite picky. They are now my friends and I trust them 100% to now onwards take care of all my automotive craftwork.
