The warning lights on my dashboard all lit up at once while I was on the highway and I was extremely concerned. I called Luis's shop and he answered even though he had already technically closed an hour prior. He asked me to send him photos of my dashboard and gave me his best guess about what had happened and told me I was OK to continue driving for now. I wasn't able to be seen that day but his expertise gave me some peace of mind. He didn't charge anything and was extremely generous with his time. My emergency mattered to him and I can't express how reassuring that is. Thank you, Luis.
