I did a lot of research before choosing Rev Auto Club to lower my 2023 VW Golf R. I spoke to Alberto over the phone and he gave me a lot of confidence in their shop. I dropped it off in the morning and was very impressed with their shop and how clean it was. They installed lowering springs, spacers, alignment, replaced my reflector lights and even washed the car for me. I have absolutely zero complaints. They did a fantastic job and I’m very happy with their work. Thank you Alberto and Rev Auto Club, I will be back!

For the past couple of years, I've been using Rev Auto Club regularly for all my daily drivers and projects. They've provided excellent service with their transport and vehicle repair. Their transport service is timely, great communication and meets my expectations. The repair and restoration services are top notch! Extremely knowledgeable team on everything european and then some. Their customer lounge is super cool and cozy. Always enjoy seeing the REV team work on my cars through the window, while I get some work done and drink my coffee.

I recently moved to Miami and was having a couple of issues with my Mercedes.. a close friend told me that Rev was undoubtedly the best car shop he had been to here in Miami. I have no other shops to compare it to HERE in Miami (and don’t plan to 😅) but I have been to quite a few in other states..I can confidently say that Rev is a 10/10. I want to thank Alberto and his team for being honest, punctual, and so patient giving me a detailed explanation of what EXACTLY was the issue, what might have caused it, what it would take to fix it and how to AVOID any other issues in the future! After my car was fixed I decided to do some interior detailing work on it and that was great too! Glad to have found a home for my cars here in Miami! 🙏🏾

On Wednesday, June 4, 2025, I took my 2007 C230 Mercedes Benz to Rev Auto Club located on 11 ave and 36 street . My car was running hot, in which I needed a fan, I wanted front and back breaks, and a service A on the car. I was told because I needed something extra done, it was quoted $5, 239.00 I was a little unrest but I agreed to this price. Once I arrived at Rev Auto to pick up my car, on June 11, I was hit with a $7,059.58 bill. I paid it, once I got it in the car, messaged read need Service A. Alberto charged me for Service B didn’t think much of it. Drove out the shop, car was riding terrible. It even cut off on me in traffic. Got it started and took it back to the shop that was on June 11. Car stayed at Rev Auto Club until Monday, June 16. And the thought of Alberto telling me I needed to pay for other parts. I told him I had no more money. I drove out his shop, my car rides no different than when I took it there. In fact, it rides rough. The worst part, I looked under the hood of my car and basically saw no new parts had been replaced. Not even holes. Cooler bottle empty, no air filter above the battery. I think he didn’t do anything to my car but let it sat there other than add a door handle and part to the gear (silver) piece, I brought to him. I’m very disappointed in him. He service my 2016 E350 Mercedes Benz. Now I have to check that car service. These are the pictures from my C230 Mercedes. If u don’t believe me, take a look at the pictures what I saw under my hood. Alberto started out honest, but something happened. My advice get your quote before leaving your car. I’m very disappointed in how I was treated. Why would I want to pay that amount of money on a 22 year old car. I wouldn’t have mind if I had some new holes somewhere. Empty, cooler, cooler leak which was one of the charged item.
