They refuse to give me a copy of the receipt for what they did to my car. Unbelievable in this country a business refusing to give a customer a receipt of a repair. I paid for part of this repair and I like to keep record of the things I do to my vehicles for when I have to sell it in the future. Poor ethics and unprofessional staff . Don't recommend it.

Don’t go here! Kept my wife’s car for over two months with constant excuses of delays / promises and then finally told me they couldn’t fix it. When we got the car back. Our car was completely butchered and had to pay more to fix they’re mistakes. We also later found out they charged us for things they never fixed or replaced. Completely took advantage of us and now we’re taking them to court. I hope this place closes down so others don’t go through the same thing we had to

The experience is great for some, but for my family, it was horrible. First time my sister brought her car here, they held her car for weeks, giving her the run around until finally she got mad. The servicing of the car was ok so my sister recommended my mom to this place. My mom, being an elderly woman, took her car to this place where the owner’s attitude was horrible. Walked pasted her while seeing her standing, waiting to get more information, bad attitude (attitude such as “we are doing you a favor”) just to name a few. My mom was treated so bad by the owner that she had to have her car towed to another place just to get service. Fast forward, my sister (a single mother) decided to try this place again. The owner changed the policy from previous times and refused to work with her to get the car fix at first, but later, agreed to help. The owner (I guess) felt bad and assured her he would work with her to get the car fixed. My sister, rents a car with the promise from the owner to have the car fixed by this week with the little money she has. She calls a day before the agreed schedule day, and the owner was beyond rude. When asked about the car, he completely forgot about the agreement and begin telling her she must follow the new policy. Once she reminded him of their agreement, his attitude and what he said was “if you don’t like it, you can take your car somewhere else.”knowing it will be difficult for her to do so. My sister had to have the car towed from their place just to get service. If you are a women, a single woman, Beware!! Don’t spend your money with people who will treat you like this! The lack of respect this owner has for “some” women are completely disgusting. Not sure if it’s race or just the attitude but either way, disgusting!!

I HIGHLY recommend Medina Auto Repair. My truck broke down not too far from their location. I googled them and barely drove there. They did the diagnostic and showed me everything that needed to be done. The price they quoted me was great considering I needed a lot of work such as a drive shaft and ball points. I got my truck back the very next day at the time I was told it would be done. I will most definitely be coming back. I'm a real person giving a 5 star review on Medina Auto Repair. You won't be disappointed.

Great customer service from the owner and staff, they completed the job on my Cadillac in a fast time manner. I took my car in , they did the diagnostics right away and a day after my car has been fixed. This shop deserves the 5 stars for overall the great experience and also being that their prices are very reasonable compared to other shops nearby and their professionalism is above average, these guys know what they are doing.
