I brought my Mercedes C300 here to have the front drive shaft replaced end of June 2024. Mercedes Auto Center totaled my Mercedes due to their negligence during a storm while it was in their care. The sea water rose too high where they had my car parked and effectively flooded my car. What made it worse is that they waited until I had paid the full bill and handed me the keys before telling me it had flooded and claiming they wouldn't be involved with fixing it- that I would need to handle that myself. My entire electrical system was fried. My insurance deemed the car completely totaled. Following this, Mercedes Auto Center proceeded to lie to both my bank and insurance trying to claim it was due to a faulty sunroof and that I hadn't wanted it fixed. Thankfully my insurance had full proof that it was salt water that had caused the damage from the ground up and there was no issues with my sunroof. Please reconsider before using this Auto Center for your Mercedes- I have never received such terrible customer service from a business.

I took my Benz C300 here for it’s routine Service B. They were also able to fix a technical issue for a literal fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge. Yasmine was super sweet, as was the owner Michael who’s been working on European cars for 60+ years. Always refreshing to find old-school, honest businesses like this who are driven by passion rather than merely viewing customers as dollar signs. I’ve been bringing my S5 50 here for a little over a year. The dealership could not figure out problems and these people they did. I love Michelle. She is so knowledgeable and honest and goes out of her way to give you a good customer experience and make you feel safe, leaving your car there. This place is a joke. I asked for a diagnostic check + oil change, they charged me for both and didn’t do the diagnostic. Shortly after my check engine light came back on because they never did the diagnostic in the first place. Wasn’t even willing to make it right by the customer. Charged me $400 and still skimmed the job. Take your car elsewhere
