Munich European Auto is the best BMW and European car specialist that I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been bringing all of my BMWs here for several years and have always been extreme satisfied with the service. The owner is a BMW Master Tech and personally gets involved in diagnosing and repairing difficult issues. They are all honest as can be, fair in pricing and very well trained. I highly recommend Munich European Auto for all your service and maintenance needs.

Just picked up my BMW from Munich European Auto. I can say without hesitation that this was a wonderful experience. Though I was referred by a colleague it is always difficult the first time you step away from the dealer as it was out of warranty. From the initial estimate I felt very comfortable. Cleaner than my house, I was also taken aback by the professionalism and the work done. Super happy my car is back in great condition. Very nice experience and even more peace of mind knowing I have a professional place I can rely on!

This is the best auto shop I have ever been to. Family owned, honest and friendly! Jacques told me everything I needed to know about replacing my brakes, gave me an estimate and even squeezed me in the middle of the day for same day service! I was able to pick up my car all ready to go in a matter of few hours. I even went for a test ride with him, to make sure nothing squeaks anymore and everything feels smooth! After all of this, to my honest surprise I even got a discount. It was not big, but its not the amount that matters, its that special attention to details and amazing customer service! I have some more extensive work that needs to be done on my Z4 and I will definitely be back very soon. As long as I'm in Miami and have German cars, I'll only be coming to this auto shop!

The guys at Munich were awesome. They were recommended to me for my Cooper and I'm so glad. My problem was electrical and difficult to find. A battery replacement cliped a wire and caused a short, shutting the car down - but no one could figure it out. Two other mechanics couldn't figure it out and/or gave up. But not Francois at Munich. He kept after it until he found it, saving the car. They are guys with integrity and knowledge! Hard to find these days!!!!! Highly recommend!

Best BMW shop in Miami and everyone knows it! (If you don’t, you should).. I’ve been taking my BMW hardtop convertible there for years. (I just had my headlights - bulbs and assemblies - replaced to perfection and so did several other happy customers when I was there yesterday so I don’t know what that ONE negative review is about but trust me, that will NOT be your experience here.) Jacque and his brother Francois and every single team employee there could not be more helpful, friendly and accommodating. They are highly knowledgeable and competent - they know BMW. They will give you an honest and thorough review of your car, alert you to future needs and deliver professional (and timely) results. They have many long term satisfied customers and for good reason; they’ve earned it. I will never take my car anywhere else (and neither should you!)… bring your BMW there, you will not be disappointed.

brought BMW here to get headlamp bulbs replaced. They charged 2 hours for removing bumper even though it's not necessary bumper gets removed for this job. When we picked up the car, it was throwing fresh code CC-ID 295 (adaptive passenger-side headlamp) error. We took the car back, and they said they re-coded something and wanted to charge 2 more hours to fix the problem they caused from the time before. I asked them to let me know what coding they changed so if this problem recurs, it can help me get to the bottom of it. They continued to resist explaining what they did and I kept insisting that they tell me what they did if they want to charge me even more for fixing the problem they just caused. They got angry with me and told me to pick up the car and never come back. I picked it up and nothing had apparently changed; the CC-ID 295 code was still there, and a large amount of moisture accumulated within the housing of the front passenger-side light housing whenever it rained, which didnt happen before. I lived with these problems for some time before I went to another mechanic that showed me where that one light housing had been pried open rather than unscrewed, tearing the housing off the screw, and that was causing the moisture accumulation. He suggested I take it back to the mechanic that caused that problem, which was Munich Euro. So I went back a third time to Munich, showed them the pried-open headlamp housing, they said they'd fix it, a day later they said it was fixed and we went to pick it up and they started talking about other issues with the car that I never asked Munich to address. When I refocused on the headlamp problem they caused, reminding them that's the whole reason why we came back here, they refused causing the problem, saying they would never open the housing because it only takes 1 to 1.5 hours to change bulbs (remember they charged for 2 hours), constantly interrupted me every time I spoke, and said they didnt work on that. Anyone can verify online that it's impossible not to enter the now-broken housing to replace the bulbs, so that was a straight lie. When I asked them to stop interrupting me so I could explain again the errors that arose only once we left the car with them originally, they got angry and kicked us out again, telling us again to never come back. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received here. Took in my BMW M4 Competiion to swap out of cracked headlight. It developed some condensation a month later and they fully removed and inspected to ensure it wasn’t damaged during installation. Unfortunately it was due to manufacturer defect. I appreciated the full inspection with documentation and professional evaluation. I highly recommend Munich for your BMW service needs. Sure beats the dealer!!
