I have been a customer of this auto shop since 2010. Miguel and his team, in particular Pacheco, have really taken care of my car as if I was family. Jessica, Miguel's wife at the front desk, is sure to call me for estimates when that is needed. My car has been a great car, so at first I only went in for regular maintenance: oil change, breaks, tires, check ups before long trips, etc. More recently, as my car has gotten older, I had to take it in more often for more work. I always go in and can be at peace that they will take care of my car needs, treat me honestly and with respect, and give me the best prices. They have honored warranties in a battery as well. They stand by their word! I am in the process of buying another car and I will continue to use Flagler Auto Repair for all my cars' needs! They have been a blessing to me all these years! This place offers excellent customer service and great prices. I bought, installed and balanced my tires here in September at a price that beat Costco. Just today I went back with 8 nails (don’t ask!) in my brand new tire and a locked tire with no key! Lazaro was able to not only remove the lock without the key but also managed to save my tire! All the while I chatted with the receptionist which was super nice and helpful during a pretty stressful day. Five stars all around.

I was quoted over $500 for a simple job that takes 20 minutes at most to complete. After letting them know that it was out of my budget and I would not be going forward with the job, they were extremely rude and said that I still had to pay something because they already went ahead and begun the job (this was after they told me the job was super lengthy and they wouldn’t be able to complete that day and perhaps would be ready in a couple days) so I’m not sure how the job had already begun and how “they were almost done with the car.” Not wanting to fight or complicate the situation, I agreed to paying their fee for really doing nothing to the car. Upon arriving to pick up the car, the two women at the register didn’t even have the courtesy of saying hello or welcome when walking in. They ignored me when I greeted them. They tried charging us more than what was agreed over the phone with the excuse that they had to calculate “additional fees and taxes”. The woman with the dark hair (Miguel’s wife) was incredibly low class and rude to us because we chose not to have the service done (which I believe is up to the client to decide). Miguel might be a decent mechanic but his wife and the mother that sit behind the desk make it so that my entire family and myself will never come back here again. The EXACT SAME JOB that I was quoted $500 for was completed today by a different mechanic we know for $120 and it only took about 20 minutes and he explained exactly what the car needed to have done. He also showed us that it seemed someone had purposefully messed with one of the clamps that lead to the AC. This piece doesn’t usually come undone unless someone is touching it for something. Incredible… so if you want someone dishonest, people who insult you, people who start speaking in a different language thinking you won’t understand them, and people who ABSOLUTELY overcharge for the service, then come here!

See!? They did it again!!? They do it again and again and again - every damn time - super amazing, silly affordable, great customer service - it’s like, like, like they’re space aliens from the planet FIXIT. And on planet FIXIT, they fix it and they fix it fast! I just got my brakes done; I swear, by the time I got home from dropping the car off, they were calling me telling me it was ready. Comical. Again, this is the ONLY place I trust 100%, no questions asked, if they say X - take it to the bank - these folks are the epitome of competency, honesty & old-fashioned American industriousness. 5 stars. Listen to me carefully: THIS SHOP COULD HAVE CHARGED ME WHATEVER THE HELL THEY WANTED AND I WOULD HAVE PAID - but they didn’t. They performed an amazingly quick diagnostic (took him all of 2 minutes), effectuated prompt and complete repairs (and believe me, this one was a doozy) and charged me a price that was so incredibly reasonable and, in fact, below reasonable that I had to go back to tip the mechanic. I have owned a lot of cars in my life and have been to a dozen or more mechanics but as long as these folks are in business…. I will take ALL my business there and recommend them in a heart beat. Honestly, the best damn service I’ve seen in years people - YEARS!
