Gino and his crew were an absolute life saver for us. We traveled to Hershey Park for a few days from Maine over the weekend. On way back to hotel from the park Friday night our alternator decided to die. Being in Harrisburg, PA and not knowing anyone we figured we would be stuck in Pennsylvania for days figuring we would not find anyone to work on our car over the weekend. We found Gino's mobile auto repair on google and he was absolutely fantastic. We got our car to his shop on Saturday morning and he had it running great that evening. Well, after replacing the alternator only to find the in line fuse that runs from the battery to alternator was all corroded and fried. Gino ran around to several electronic shops to find the right gauge wire and 200 amp fuses. All this on a Saturday mind you. Long story short we were able to make it back to Maine yesterday and when we showed our mechanic back home a couple of pictures of what Gino did our mechanic was impressed stating, "well that is impressive. Probably better now than the original Chevrolet part from the factory." So heads up, if you get stuck down in Harrisburg, PA and are in dire need of an auto mechanic that you can feel confident about, call Gino's Mobile Auto Repair Service in Lemoyne, P.A. Oh, and he also drove us on his own time from his garage back to our hotel 20 min away. He is very friendly and knows what he is doing. Thank you again Gino. You really bailed us out. This shop is AWESOME! Came to my house to take a look at my Acura TL to tell me what was causing the clinking noise when driving. Originally, he couldn’t tell entirely what the culprit was using the floor jack, so he came back later that night to personally drive my car to his shop and put it on the shop lift. He called me and told me it was fixed and it only costed $60! I was so scared I’d have to replace my whole suspension, so this was so much relief. Very trustworthy, very genuine guys!

Gino came through for me in a moment of real panic. My car had stalled — again — at a red light, but this time it felt dangerous. I was scared and didn’t know what to do. I looked up mobile mechanics, and found Gino. I didn’t know him, but he showed up quickly, brought a partner, and even pulled out a tent when it started raining. That alone impressed me. I told him to take the car — I couldn’t keep driving it that way. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, because everyone who had worked on it before just made things worse. But Gino was different. He kept me updated the entire time, never bought anything without checking with me, and his prices were extremely reasonable. What really set him apart? He kept testing things, trying new ideas, opening up parts of the car no one else had looked at. He took the time to actually figure out what was wrong — and he did. He was kind, respectful, and genuinely wanted to help. I’ve already recommended him to friends and family with car issues. If you’re thinking about calling him, don’t hesitate. He’s honest, hardworking, and truly knows what he’s doing. Gino was professional on time and did good work would 100 percent recommend. He and his partner did my whole font suspension on gmc envoy. Had it done in one day and recently had him out to transmission flush. 100 percent recommend if your on the fence. A lot better prices than a shop.

After searching for the last 5 yrs for a good mechanic, I decided to go with the advice I got from Advanced Auto & called Gino. During this time, our family has been going through a lot and a broken car was not helping the situation. Thankfully, Gino, Raven and Omar showed our family kindness & generosity. We are lucky to have come across such good people. I had taken my car to a garage in Harrisburg for a diagnostic where they cut my brake line, broke my caliper & shoved the spark plugs into the cylinders. This is a tricky repair.. But Omar & Gino were professionals & my car is running like it was when I bought it 5 yrs ago! After reading many positive reviews, I hired Gino's to take care of a problem which I had described on the phone. The technicians arrived at the agreed upon time. They did some work and explained what they thought was wrong. However they did not test it saying it was unsafe. The problem was still there after they left. A call to Gino ended up without resolve other than to go to his shop which is an hour away and inconvenient. A request for a refund was denied. Today I went to another mechanic and the problem was not what the technicians said it was (obviously).

I called everywhere after work and I could not find anybody that was able to do some work after getting off at 5 o’clock in the evening. However, Gino was able to get me in right away. He had the lowest price out of everybody I called. They were nice. He helped me with direction to find them. GPS does get you there but if you’re going when it gets dark, you have to go to the back of the parking lot and there’s an entrance. Any future problems I have with my car I will be going here. I had the greatest service. He also hooked my car up and tested everything for me. If I could give him more than five stars I would. And for me to say this about him means a lot because I am very forward and I will let you know if your services are poor. thank you so much Gino. I will be back. I relocated an hour away, but you’re still worth to travel.

Wilson and the other mechanic who helped me today were great! Very helpful and honest people. Will recommend Gino's to anyone who needs a good mechanic in the future. They did my inspection and tried to fix a light issue for me (tbd on if the fix worked, fiats suck) and got me in and out within an hour. Totally different experience from the money hungry unhelpful attitude when you take your car to a name brand shop or a dealer. No wishy-washiness at all. I will certainly be returning in the future!
