George and William was wonderful, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. I came in the day before to get it looked at and the next morning, I came in and was able to get it fix. George provided me options for my car’s rocker panel if it need replacement or it can be repaired. In this case, it can be repaired. William was the one who fix my car and he helped me fix some other small part of the car. After it was done it looks very good, and I am so grateful to have found Giovannis Body-Paint & Collision body shop. Thank you to George and William for helping me fix my car and it a joyful process. As this is my first time going to a body shop, and I searched around and it was really hard to choose which body shop to go to.

Can I just tell you how awesome this place is? You are apart of the family from the time you walk in the door. I love that too because I felt comfortable leaving my baby there. I brought my BMW in for some paint touch up due to sun damage. I'm so, so happy with the job George and his team did. Also the price was so reasonable compared to five other quotes I got. I just had to share the great experience I had with Giovanni’s Auto Body. My son was involved in a little fender bender. His car was hit from behind and it caused damage to the rear bumper. George assured me he could repair the damage. Now I’m a stickler for paint colors to match. He did an amazing job with the repair and the color matched perfectly. On another occasion, my son had another accident. Same son , different car. The front bumper was damaged beyond repair. George ordered a new bumper and installed it quickly. Another great experience. George and his team did an excellent job retrofitting an auto tailgate lift on my 4Runner. They had never done this before but were willing to take on the challenge. Although it took a bit longer than estimated - as George promised - he was true to his word of giving me a discounted hourly rate for the time beyond the original estimated hours. Not only that, but they also gave me a ride home and later gave me a ride back to pick up my vehicle. It is wonderful to find a company with such great business ethics! I visited Giovanni's Auto Body paint shop for my BMW X5 rear tow hook cover in early August. I talked to George, a super nice guy. He texted me a quote the next day, which was the lowest among two other shops nearby. The paint job looks very good after he placed it to the bumper. He even gave me a small amount of touch-up paint when I asked him if I could have some. I have had a very pleasant experience with George and Giovanni's Auto Body and personally recommend anyone who needs a paint job for your car to give him a call.

My car was hit in the parking lot at my place of work, by a fleet company. I was asked by their insurance company to pick an auto body shop and get a quote. I goggled shops in my area and came across Giovanni's auto body. This shop has great reviews so I went for it. Long story short, my car was approved to be fixed. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed the amazing job on the area the was hit. My car is a 2008 and they got the paint match perfect! Not to mention, my head lights were yellow. Not anymore! The shop buffed out my head lights and they are clear again. I don't think I've ever seen my car so clean. Giovanni's did an amazing job on my car. I couldn't be more happy. The customer service is amazing. Everyone is super nice and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Giovanni's auto body shop. I will come back with any and all future auto body needs. Our customer service representative George and his associates provided excellent customer service and handled everything with our insurance company. He went above and beyond our expectations!!!
