I have to say that once you are into the establishment, they have no set up to either greet or meet the customer(s), meaning you have to ask other people "who's the person in charge?", and they shall tell you you have to knock on the door to get his attention. Now that's aside, the customer service in and of itself was magnificent. They have a LG TV, on which you can watch free movies, which essentially was bought by the owner, or play PlayStation. To your left when you enter, there's pool, and a good display of rims. I came here to get my window tinting done. Although he didn't take my car when my appointment was due, he did work on it later (45 minutes wait time) and got it done really quickly, in an hour, all windows, except the front windshield. I inspected afterwards, and the job was satisfactory, and the price he charges you is well below any other place you'll ever visit, comes with a lifetime warranty. It's far from where I live, but was worth the drive. Great customer service, good attitude with an intention to serve you. Enjoy! P.S: This review was written well over two years ago. Stopped by to pick up a work truck and it looks slick. Nice work by these folks and I'm not sure if it was the owner that I met but he was definitely what I would call a Sacramentian. I assume they do a lot of great work for the local community. Shop is easy to find and it's clean.
