I asked to fill my Yeti up with ice after purchasing a Gatorade and beef jerky, mind you I am a business card holder and spend thousands of dollars a month on gas for my fleet of vehicles, and this greedy guy wanted to charge me 50 cents for ice, I told him greed was a horrible thing and this is the first time anyone did something like this and that I would never return.

HORRIBLE PEOPLE WORK HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. NEVER HOT FOOD AVAILABLE ALTHOUGH ITS ADVERTISED. HIGH GAS PRICES, BETTER ONES NEARBY. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT HERE TO SERVE COMMUNITY. ABOVE ALL, THEY COMPLETELY REPRESENT THE MOST NEGATIVE VIEWS THAT WE, THE CONSUMERS, MAY HAVE OF THEIR CULTURE..... THE CULTURE OF GAS STATION OWNERS WHO JUST WANT YOUR MONEY, NOT TO SHARE MUTUAL RESPECT. THESE GUYS SUCKED!

Bad, terrible, I used my debit card east Indian man shut off pump said it was cash only. So he charge cash. Just to find out latter it was charge to my card. I agree with everybody he needs to be fired

The middle eastern man working the station was very rude. He harassed me for using the restroom even though there are no signs stating "restrooms are for customers only", and there was not a single person waiting or in the store for that matter. No customer service skills at all.

The dude told me to turn my lights off at the pump because it was hurting his eyes. The register faces the other way. Like dude don't stare at the lights and your eyes won't hurt. I been in the area almost all my life and can count on one hand how many times I have been here. This ranks last compared to other chevrons in the area.

I see a lot of 1 stars for overpriced things and dirty this that....but its a convenience store people!!..what do you expect?? Walmart prices?? 5 star hotel??lol.... I never go in any gas station but I had only cash with me this time.....of all the stations I've been to this guy actually gave me some candy when I went back to get my change from fueling. Never had that happen before but I say it made my day and got him the 5 stars.

Very bad customer service. Had emergency situation and needed to use restroom. These people didn’t let me do that. All restrooms over the sudden are out of service. Very very upset. Want these employees to be punished for such a disrespect!!! Didn’t expect that from the chevron gas stations. I don’t use arco gas stations because of poor customer service and never working restrooms for more than 4 years now. Even One star rating is too much for this location.

It's horrible attitude from this worker I'm an Uber driver and asked to use the restroom he told me I couldn't cuz I didn't buy nothing there Uber drivers pick up stuff from chevrons and extra mile also it's almost like we're co-workers but this horrible person wouldn't let me use the restroom no he's an extra mile is right off of the freeway he refuses to let anybody use the restroom I'm not a homeless person I don't smell and I showed up in my vehicle doing Uber what a horrible service this place is

Entire gas station was filthy. Floor was dirty and sticky! Snacks and Foods were not priced correctly. Soda machine not working. The old Indian Man at the register was extremely rude! Horrible customer service! Very unprofessional! Said that the restroom was for customers only even though there was absolutely no sign posted anywhere. The old Indian man needs to get fired!

As a first responder we don't get to eat at the station all the time and so we often go to a gas station to heat up food. Normally Chevron is the go-to but today an employee refused to let me heat up my food regardless if I bought anything or now while I was on shift. I am very disappointed and hope other employees have more respect and understanding for EMS.

This Chevron was in a location which was pretty easy to access. The gas lines were not too bad so I didn't really have to wait in line that long. I used the credit card self pay at the pump and had no issues. The prices were in line with the gas stations near buy. However There was large truck at the pump ahead of me so I couldn't pull exactly in front of the pump. I will have to let others know, the pump doesn't have much slack so I could barely pull it to the gas tank. Other than that, I was able to fill up and the receipt machine worked out fine.

Overall, clean store. Boyfriend and I came here during the night, and the cashier guy was nice enough to stop cleaning and allow us to use the restroom. Has a good selection of snacks. Lastly, the cashier guy was friendly.
