I understand you guys are busy when you get high number of recalls per day. Do not use that as an excuse. I guess you should take that in consideration when you schedule appointment. Don’t waste your customers time and money by send them back by saying there is no part available even though they asked you in advance about part and schedule appointment for recall. I wasted my more than 1hr and 28 miles back and forth for nothing. Honest feedback - Please improve your system for recalls. When you give appointments Assign part to vin so that people will not waste their time. 3 start because, I believe this can be improve as Audi Elk Grove Is family owned.

I bought a used Audi in 2020 with a perfect service record. So I thought I’d keep it up. I’ll never own another make of car. Audi service is amazing, it’s a joy to go to the dealership. It never feels like they are robbing me - “stealership” has always been the place to avoid. Very happy that I keep up my service according to the Audi plan, and I’m hoping to get another 200,000 miles out of this lovely machine. Thanks Mike!

Every time I leave the service center I feel so taken advantage of. I brought my car in multiple times for service. Each time, it seems as though major repairs are required. I regret mentioning my concerns because every time I do I feel like its always used it to their advantage and what should be a routine service always turns into a huge bill. Mike is the only good & rational person to come out of that service center but when he’s not there, you’re screwed.

I had a great experience purchasing my car at Audi Elk Grove, thanks to Jakobie and the sales team. He even went out of his way to drop off documents I had forgotten in the loaner car. However, my service experience was disappointing. A month after routine maintenance at Audi Palo Alto, my car developed rear vibrations at freeway speeds. Since it was still under warranty, I took it to Audi Elk Grove for diagnosis. The service supervisor, Leon, attributed the issue to low tire tread, but as a car enthusiast, I found this explanation questionable. When I asked for further confirmation, the foreman said he was 95% sure. I suggested rotating the tires to see if the issue moved to the front, which they agreed to do for a $35 charge. When the problem remained at the rear, they proposed testing with tires from a similar vehicle for another $125. As well-versed service professionals, they should have considered this method initially to eliminate doubt. What’s most frustrating is that, despite my car being under full warranty, I was charged for a proper diagnosis. Even worse, during a phone conversation, I overheard vulgar language directed at me in the background when the foreman was handing the phone back to Leon—completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. While I highly recommend Jakobie and the sales team, I would not recommend servicing your vehicle here. Instead, I suggest Rocklin Audi on Granite Drive. I have attached receipts for the charges. As a business owner, I rarely post negative reviews, but this experience needed to be shared.

I had a terrible experience at this Audi service dealership. I brought my car in with a nail in the center of the tire and was told they wouldn’t patch it up. Instead, they claimed they didn’t carry the specific tire for my car and insisted I replace all four tires! Thankfully, I declined their overpriced service and went to America's Tire, where they repaired the tire for free with no issues. It’s disappointing that a dealership I trusted would try to upsell me unnecessarily instead of providing a simple, honest solution.

Great service and even better customer service! Audi Elk Grove does the little things that one would expect a luxury car dealership to do. Need a loaner car? They got you. Need to keep it an extra day so you don’t have to take time off of work? They got you there too. They returned my Q5 washed and clean as well. These are a couple little things some of their competitors stopped doing years ago. The service team is thorough and didn’t sell me services I didn’t need. The technician provided videos of the vehicle before and after the necessary repairs, which the prior dealership never did. As a consequence, some issues were never identified or addressed by that prior dealership while the vehicle was under warranty (I wonder why that is🧐). My service agent took care of the extended warranty claim and all the necessary paperwork. All I had to do was hand him the keys and authorize the repairs. I will be bringing my vehicle back to Audi Elk Grove in the future. Doing the little things earned my business.
