I called this company to setup an appointment to get my new cars windows tinted. I mentioned my three previous vehicles being done by another company out of the area with the same company name. The guy I spoke to, he didn’t give me a name, said he’s not affiliated with them. I asked if they do as good of work, and if they have the same tinting materials, I want too make sure my windows are done right. The guy tells me he’s not going to answer that, and I should just go to the place I’ve had work done in the past... not sure why he blew off a potential new customer who’s looking to setup a new business relationship. I guess some people aren’t willing to take pride in their work or business enough to stand up to competition, don’t bother with calling these guys, they probably do shoddy work.

Just got 7 total Windows done on my car and couldn't be happier. Very quick very professional and great all around service. Talked to several other tint shops in EG got the run around and didn't really seem like they wanted my business. Genesis is a joke and way over priced. Called up tint pros he stayed open a little longer to allow me to come in, which was amazing and he did a hell of a job. Nice to see a small business still practice great customer service and offer a great product at a reasonable price. Don't mind the name it was set up for fantasy football and don't know how to change it now.

Regarding Eric Mc Cormick Tint Pros of Elk Grove 9589 2nd Ave Suite D2, Elk Grove, CA 95624 Tint Pro deserves no stars! What a horrible experience! I made an appointment for a specific day and time with the owner, Eric Mc Cormick, but he didn't have me listed. Not a good start. Brought my truck in because of dings in my driver's window tint-Eric was INSISTENT that is was long term damage, telling me it is because of the way I take off my seat belt. REFUSED to listen to me and continually interrupted me as I tried to explain that wasn't possible as the damage had all occurred at one specific time at one specific place. Eric then refused to do any work because I "wasn't listening to him". Frankly, because of his RUDE and CONDESCENDING behavior towards me, I would not have allowed him to do the work. This 'man' does not know how to be appropriate, considerate or speak without raising his voice. Seems to me if the OWNER of Tint Pros can't treat a customer with any respect, he probably doesn't do the best job, either. EDIT: as I'm sitting in my truck in a public parking lot near Tint Pros, Eric came to my truck, yelling at me to leave. I asked him not to yell at me but he kept talking over me in a loud and threatening manner. He even informed me he had taken a 'class in manners'! Guess he failed. Frankly, I felt very threatned by Eric Mc Cormick as he continued to yell at me, talk over me, call me names including CRAZY and PSYCHO and came too close to me in my truck while the door was open. I had to shut and lock my doors because I was afraid of what he might do. NEW EDIT - Eric Mc Cormick, owner, has falsely responded to my review. That speaks volumes about his lack of professionalism and character. Seems it is dangerous not to agree with Eric. Btw, I stayed 1/2 hour to speak with the police that Eric claimed to have called. They never came.

After buying my car from Elk Grove Toyota, I asked the dealer to install the paint protection film (PPF). They informed me they have discontinued PPF installation and provided information for the Tint Pro of Elk Grove. I called and Eric provided me an estimate and scheduled an appointment. He did a great job. The PPF is not even noticeable. When I went to pick up my car, I thought he did not install the film. I had to look harder to notice the film. I was very happy with the quality of work. He assured me to take care of everything in the future if anything comes up with the PPF. Based on my first experience, we decided to install PPF on another car. Eric provided a great service. He is very good at installing PPF. I usually text him and he always reply quickly. He is a busy man. He is usually installing tint films which he can’t leave incomplete and start answering my phone calls. I respect his work and time, and don’t expect him to answer me right away. He spends time on his installations; therefore, he may not have an appointment the next day, but he worked with me and provided me a few options. He is a very friendly person and has always talked to me respectfully. If you are looking for PPF installation, call Eric.

I had a great experience. He was accommodating even though I was late. I am so happy with the tint on my little crappy car 😂 it’s actually the best part of my car! I highly recommended this business. EDIT/UPDATE: I came back after a recent car accident to have him do my new car. The front windows definitely needed some tint on them. Per usual he did an excellent job! He was fast too, I waited and fell asleep in the front office in the little fold out chair 😁
