This is definitely a 5 star shop! Excellent service, communication, flexibility, honesty and quality of work. This is my second time having a car repaired here. They have a great reputation with insurance and car rental companies also. Highly recommend!!

I must be honest everything I heard about the shop is what got me there it seemed to be to good to be true. Let me tell you it’s NOT! Juan was great went above and beyond had a fiberglass front bumper that hit something and given that gm no longer makes it out of fiberglass only plastic I was stuck! Juan got it in told me he’s take care of it and blew me away! Not weeks a couple days! As most car enthusiasts know it’s hard to find a good paint and body shop he’s the one I will refer everyone I know there and if you don’t go there it’ll be your loss dealing with many of the shops I have not on time not matching or not up to par! Juan is great will only use him!

There is no other way with Juan, but the right way. He would not work otherwise. I went to him after I managed to scrape my sister’s immaculate BMW, while visiting from Europe. I mean the car had a tennis ball size hole on the rear quarter panel…. Being a car guy myself, the way he explained to me what needed to be done, I knew I found the right guy for the job. Nonetheless, I had to get a second quote as advised by everyone. The second place was good too, and they were cheaper, but while Juan said it was out of question to fix a scratched ornament and said he’ll replace it because it is not expensive, the othter guys said they’ll try to fix it, and they guarantee their work, nonetheless- I knew that can never be fixed to perfection because of the grain on the plastic and I was not interested in going back if the work was not up to my standards. I wanted it done once and done well! Anyhow, I am so happy I went with Juan- he understood that I had to pay out of packet, rather than insurance and gave me a good deal for the quality of the work he did. The car looks immaculate, like nothing ever happened, and believe me, I am very, very particular to details… Thank you, Juan!

The best place to go for any paint work needs, at a reasonable price. I had some paint damage due to racing stripe decal removal and needed it repainted as it was ruining the look of the car and I didn’t want any more damage to the unpainted spots. Juan, the owner, is great to work with. He explained how the process would work and the best plan of action for my unique situation. We ultimately decided to paint only the panels where the damage was rather than the whole car and to paint the racing stripes in so I don’t have to worry later about removing decals again. Juan and his team matched the paint exactly so there was no issue of blending between panels, everything matched perfectly. Although the work took longer than originally estimated, I could not be more happier with the result. Juan added extra flake to the gold stripes to give that extra pop. He even went above and beyond and gave the whole car a polish, and my cars paint sparkles and shines so nicely.

Juan and Liz are awesome! I've been having problems with the tailgate on my Toyota Tundra pickup the latch would not open and the key wouldn't unlock it either. I needed to get the tailgate open for business purposes ASAP so I went over to Frisco Auto Body because they had repaired my truck in the past after being rear ended a few yrs ago where they also did an amazing job repairing my truck. Thanks to Juan he was able to quickly identify the problem and got the latch working again I can now open the tailgate and take care of my business I had scheduled for today. I highly recommend Frisco Auto Body, they are humble, reliable, and just good people!!

Juan does a great job he puts his love and passion into each car he works on. He always does a little bit more like fixing the blemished paint around the window and the wing. See five photos before were someone back into our car and four photos after Juan fixed everything. Oops I forgot to mention he repainted the entire hood, too.

I brought my Mazda Miata to Frisco Auto Body after a rear-end collision. The insurance adjuster initially attempted to deny the mechanical damage to my transmission, claiming it was unrelated to the accident. Juan was instrumental in correcting this. He coordinated a detailed mechanical teardown to verify the damage properly rather than just accepting the adjuster's visual estimate. His team provided the technical evidence needed to prove the transmission failure was caused by the impact, which forced the insurance company to accept liability. The final settlement ended up being four times the original quote because the shop took the time to validate the claim correctly. I took my 2015 Honda Accord to Juan's shop after a fender bender. He took care of my car even the damages that is not obvious to me. I am extremely happy with Juan and his work. In the 3 years I’ve had my trucks worked on, he’s definitely the guy you’d want to take your vehicle back to. He worked on my Silverado, did my rear bumper, tailgate, and driver side quarter panel, as well as some welding. Not only did his work stand out, but the care for his customers stood out even more. He cares about getting it done right, but also getting it done the way the customer wants it done. Thank you Juan, you made this experience better than most places do.
