Customer service is impeccable. Everyone either greeted me or ar least smiled my way. Of course this is a car dealer service station, so don't expect cheap prices when coming here. I had my oil change and rear brake pads replaced, so I spent quite a bit.. however, I felt comfortable and safe knowing that it was done the right way.

Had my Subaru serviced here after I bought it used from a different dealer. It was alright until I went to pick up my car. I stood in front of the service desk for close to 10 minutes and no one in their office came up to help me. Eventually went up to Mikeβs office and asked if someone could help me check out. I guess my service rep was at lunch and the initial guy I spoke to couldnβt find her? May or may not come back, but thanks Mike!

I brought my Subaru in for an oil leak, assuming it would be covered under the powertrain warranty. The service advisor never explained that if the leak was caused by previous work, it might not be covered, nor did he explain anything about the βpre-authorizationβ process he later blamed me for not knowing. After the inspection, he spoke to me in a very condescending way, repeatedly telling me he βshould have charged meβ and implying that I should have somehow known the dealershipβs internal warranty procedures. I left feeling talked down to, confused, and embarrassed β not because of the repair, but because of how the situation was handled and communicated. Iβve had great experiences with Subaru service departments before, but this interaction was unprofessional and unnecessary. Clear communication upfront would have prevented all of this.

I bought the Outback from these guys 3 years ago, and the salesman was great. No complaints. For 3 years I have been taking it for regular service to Elk Grove Subaru, always with an appointment. Everytime has been more frustrating. Last time I spent the entire afternoon waiting for an oil change and tire rotation. I thought maybe some staff were out sick. Nope, I checked. I asked for them to change my wipers, fix the tire pressure reading, and deal with battery corrosion. None of it was addressed. Now they want me to buy an extended warranty. I don't think so.
