It's extremely rare to find this level of professionalism these days. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service at Caliber Collision. Everyone was extremely helpful, pleasant, and professional. Charles kept me updated the whole way through. And the car came out working great and looking great. Julio and Susie were amazing and I was so thankful for them and the service provided by the shop from the time I dropped my car off until the repairs were done and I was able to take it home. 65 days in the shop. No customer acceptance. Left an unresolved vehicle in my driveway without verification of the failed repair.. Now multiple warranty visits. Currently 10 days for a two day repair. 100 calls in and ZERO callbacks in two years including the past 10 days. Todd refuses to call back a one car owner. I’m at the mercy of a non attentive staffer embarrassingly labeled general manager.

Outstanding service despite insurance obstacles Caliber Collision did an excellent job throughout the entire repair process. From communication to workmanship, their team was professional, transparent, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. What truly stood out is that Caliber maintained a high level of service despite repeated delays, resistance, and complications caused by Progressive Insurance, who attempted to deny aspects of the claim, slowed approvals, and generally made the process far more difficult than it needed to be. None of that was Caliber’s fault—and they consistently advocated, stayed responsive, and kept things moving as best as possible. The repairs were done thoroughly and with great attention to detail, and I always felt informed and respected as a customer.
