Exactly what you want out of a trusted mechanic. After having a very bad experience at different shop I decided to bring my mini cooper here to be serviced. They provided a full detailed summary of all issues that my car had, then instead of scaring me into fixing it all they proceeded to tell me what next fix would be best. They even managed to secure a CAS unit (which are on backorder everywhere) and have it programmed in less than a week. My cooper is back on the road, and I have plans to return for all needs. Could not be more pleased with their professionalism and skills. Thank you.

Honest and trustworthy shop. Great communication, fair prices and they know what they’re doing. I worked with Mark to repair my X5. They are a family style business. When I dropped off my car Mark introduced me to Santiago, the owner. Very clean shop and well organized. I recommend to anyone with a BMW this is the place to get your car serviced. P.S. - I live over an hour away and so worth the distance!

Mark and Santiago worked carefully to evaluate my car's condition, as they performed the scheduled service work. As that work progressed, they observed several mechanical issues that were in need of attention, and called me several times during the day to explain each one. Estimates of costs associated with each repair were provided to me. They informed me of all factors involved, allowing me to make an informed decision to proceed with those repairs. They took pictures of the oil drained from the engine and transmission, as well as the filters that were removed, and showed them to me. They used the best quality replacement parts, oil and filters available. In short, they delivered on their promises, and did good work. There are no leaks under the car, after the week since that has passed since the repairs were completed. The car is running and performing well. I'm pleased with their sincerity, integrity and honesty. I will definitely use them for the next service on my Mercedes.

Greatest Santiago is incredible I’ve had the pleasure of talking to him a time or two when looking to buy a performance euro I ended up buying a CT’s v and wanted a ls7 clutch up grade I dropped it off at another shop and after a day or two called and said they couldn’t do it! So then I had called around and no one wanted the task I already bought the parts! I took my wife’s bmw to Santiago and was amazed how quick he got it done. I told him of my trouble and he said I’ll do it gave me a great price and had me in and out other shops would touch! I’m a customer for life and his service writer kept me up to date with info and photos. Great place for anything!!!

I have taken my C230 to L&S Motorwerks several times in the past few years. I have had Service A and B, replacing spark plugs and coils, drive belt replaced and work on differential. They have been consistent in excellent service and communication about what should be fixed and the price for these services. Payment can be made through link they send you making pick up of your car easy.

I brought my 2012 Mini Cooper S here for a clutch repair. i towed my car first here because of great reviews. While the staff was professional and the diagnosis seemed accurate, the pricing was astronomical. They quoted me nearly $6,200 for a clutch job—which is essentially the total value of the car. For comparison, I received quotes from several other highly-rated local specialists for the exact same job ranging from $2700 to $4,600 ( highest) . L&S wanted over $3,200 just for labor. If you have a newer car and money is no object, they might be fine, but for older vehicles, I highly recommend getting a second opinion. I paid 199.50 for diagnostics.

L&S MOTORWERKS is an incredible shop. Trustworthy, honest and they do top notch work. This is that hard to find kind of shop that once you go, you will be a customer for life. Mark, the service advisor, is friendly, easy to work with and doesn’t oversell. They explain in detail what needs to be fixed and why.
