I am staying with my aunt and uncle in Elk Grove. Twice within the past 10 days I have gone here to get gas, the cashier, Rosa has an attitude and is somewhat rude.

Everytime I come to this station, there is a problem with either the vacuum or car wash. They do not know how to maintain their equiptment. Avoid tbis station if possable.

One of the worst looking gas stations I’ve been to. Pumps are slow, dirty, and filthy. Trashes were beyond full, no paper towels, and windshield washer fluid was dirty.

Pumps are sooo slow! off the beaten path and still outrageous prices. The least they could do is replace their pumps. Beware, half the units here will make you late to work. Talking upwards of 15minutes to fill your tank. Ridiculous

The staff at this specific Chevron are not only completely rude and intolerable but also incompetent at their current professions. They also neglect the upkeep of the machinery and the rest of the premises. You don’t have to drive very far from this gas station to find one with better equipment and far superior customer service. To Chevron Elk Grove its time to clean house if you enjoy repeat business.

This particular gas station always have something broken 😡. This time one of the bump is broken, but they failed to tape it off to alert customer of broken bump. When used the car wash, not only my car is not decent clean, but the blower don’t even clear out the waters off my car. Totally wasted by $10 for car wash.
