I am an out-of -town customer who had to rely on a referral and brief phone conversation with Glen's. I was told work would start on the wednesday of the following week and i was quoted a ballpark price. After agreeing, and having the car towed over, Glen's started the work as promised and was only slightly higher than the verbal quote that I was given. The car seems to be working perfectly. I would definitely use Glen's again if I need automotive service work.

I’ve never actually been to Glen’s Import Service, but I’m seriously considering a long-distance relationship — yes, with an auto shop. That’s how impressive they are. Even from afar (I’m in CT), I’ve heard nothing but amazing things. Lisa in Accounts Payable is hands-down one of the nicest, most professional people I’ve ever dealt with. She makes paying a bill feel like catching up with a friend — who does that?? And then there’s Glen. Word on the street is he can diagnose a vehicle in his sleep. That’s not just talent — that’s wizardry. If my car ever breaks down and needs a trusted second home, it’s getting shipped to Glen’s. Highly recommend, even across state lines.
