They put a transmission in my car later on I had to replace the axle the strut the wheel bearing they had broke off the carrier bearing bolt and it caused $800 worth of damage to the other parts took it back to them they claim nothing was wrong with the car funny when I picked it up it still making the same noise but they claim they drove it and nothing's wrong with it would never recommend this place at all. Then I call they told me the car was driven by the owner funny when I got it home the mileage hasn't changed and the gas hand hasn't changed.my daughter drove it home from the shop and I could hear her coming down the road the front wheel was making so much noise but yet they tell me nothing's wrong with it and now I call and the owner is on vacation I wish I could take a vacation ripping people off.

I own a 2012 Scion TC, which is known to have bad bearings in the transmission. I took it to Glen to have the bearings replaced, while he had the transmission open, he looked it over and said everything else looked to be in good shape. 5 months/30K miles later, the entire transmission failed. I lost 3rd gear completely, it wouldn't stay in 5th without kicking me into neutral, and it just plain didn't want to shift in or out of first or second without excessive force and double clutching. I brought it back to him and he took care of it for me.

My transmission garage closed and recommended it's customers go to Glen's. I pulled up in the parking lot and turned around and left. A transmission garage is a specialty shop. This place looked like a "jack of all trades" garage. They do state inspections and thus families with kids were sitting around waiting for their vehicles to get worked on. Now that's great, I love such a garage but not for my transmission work. You don't go to your GP when you're having heart problems. I wouldn't dare trust this location with my transmission needs.

Glen looked at my car when it was having transmission issues at 120,000 miles. He was very fair in his assessment and estimate. I ended up getting the manufacturer to step up and cover the repair under warranty, but that meant I had to have it done at a dealership. Glen was very fair with me. He has a good reputation in the local repair industry as well.

I gave 3 stars only because the staff is nice. However they have had my car for now 4 months. I was told it would take x amount of time for the part, then told it was a bad part and it would be another week then another week and then I was told they had a tracking number and it would be there in a day or two then that turned into another week. Then I was told my part was there and would be pulled into the garage the next day and worked on. I called for an update and was told my part was not there and the were trying to find out where it was. I am lucky anyone answers the phone. I never get a call back like I am told I will or my messages returned when I leave voicemails. I am most likely never going back unless I have to for warranty purposes.

My car broke down due to the transmission going out. I had my vehicle towed over to their shop on their request. They said that the transmission was shot and it needed to be replaced. They said that they were going to call me back with a quote on the price and options. A week later they called me back. That should have been my sign to go somewhere else but I guess I'm a glutton for punishment because I allowed them to work on my vehicle. After being there for a week they started supposedly working on my vehicle. Two and a half weeks later they finally finished my vehicle. While the whole time giving false timelines. Telling me the vehicle will be done by a certain time and it not being done for several days later. Now remember, my vehicle within for transmission issues. It had no other issues besides that. When I got my vehicle back if I drove over 60 miles an hour the vehicle began to violently shake. I called them back and told them of the problem they checked it out and told me that the car was misaligned and I needed brakes. Funny how that wasn't the issue before they worked on it. They gladly informed me that they could fix that problem for another fee after just giving them $2400. Read everybody else's reviews and I definitely did not get that same experience they did. The customer service was poor. I rarely got them to answer the phone when I called and never got them to return a call what I left a message. I highly recommend you do not use these people for your own vehicles.
