Brandon Automotive is purely and simply about fixing gas-powered vehicles. It is owned and operated by courteous and knowledgable mechanics. The shop is conveniently located close to my residence. I have used their services off and on over the last 15 years to service and do the yearly Virginia state inspection on my old auto and now inspections on my new one. This shop looks like mechanics do nothing but fix vehicles because that is all that they do...no detailing, no gasoline pumps, no swanky waiting room, and no hustle to impulse buy anything. It is best to telephone ahead to discuss services and make an appointment. The shop may be easy to miss because it is tucked back on the south side of Brandon Avenue between Nails Tech and Mike's County Market. Although the mechanics work to keep customer flow moving, parking in the shop's small lot may be problematic especially with no appointment. The waiting area is accessible to those with narrow mobility aids.

Our family has been going to this garage for over 15 years..they're always friendly, ,explain exactly what needs to be done, the best way to do it, they get the work done at a decent price, are very knowledgeable, never had them try to talk me into something I don't need like other places, and, its always ready when they say it will be done! They've fixed everything from putting a plug in a flat tire, to rebuilding carbrator, and we are always very satisfied. A dependable, trustworthy mechanic is very hard to come by, they're the only ones we use!

There has been more than one occasion where they could have easily upsold me or added on addition services that weren't totally necessary and they didn't. I cannot recommend this place enough. They are pretty booked up most of the time but it's because they are quality and honest, so it's worth the wait!
