If I could give 0 stars I certainly would. Back in late March of 2022 I had taken my 98 Jeep Cherokee to this location to have the vehicle inspected. My vehicle had passed inspection however my vehicle needed new front brakes as they were near there end of life. I had agreed to replacement. Fast forward couple days after work had been done I pick up my vehicle and drove less than a mile home. No issues Days later my 9 month old daughter and I go to my fathers place in Vinton for a visit and had no issues on the way there. On my way home 2 minutes from his house I noticed a pretty distinct noice coming from my front end and had stopped at my moms place to park it until I could look at it further. Fast Forward again to this past Saturday 4-16-22 I went to my moms and inspecting the front of the Jeep. I took off my passenger side tire and grabbed the brake rotor and my caliper was loose. Missing both bolts that mount the caliper to the hub. See pics After that I pulled off my driver side tire and found it was missing one of the two bolts that hold that caliper on as well. Mr Tire on Peters Creek has not owned up to any wrong doing or even told me they would fix the issues at no cost yet as they are “inspecting to see if they caused the issue” I wasn’t missing 1 bolt I was missing 3 out of the 4 that hold my calipers on to the hubs. If I wouldn’t of stopped on my way home that night I could’ve ended up in a ditch dead or seriously hurt with my 9 month old in the back seat. Very disappointed in the quality of work that was done to my vehicle.

I have spent $15,000.00 or more over the last few years and still cannot drive it. Have driven my vehicle less than 5000 miles in the last 3 or 4 years due to poor work from Mr Tire. The last work lasted 7.7 miles before it broke down again

Beware they do not cover their warranties. My daughter had a tire that was about year old and it was already dry rotted in inside tire on front. They don't care about the safety of their customers..

Last trip was told to make appointment for inspection. This time called to make said appointment and was told first come first serve. Brought truck in at 7, dropped off and was first in line. Truck never moved for 8 hours. Went in this evening to pick up and was told I was next in line lol. Reminded her I was first in line. Terrible customer service and blatant lies.

I picked out exact tire 225t1895v which was 150 they call me and ask if I wanted exact match which note they have the tire already so you know maybe I picked out the wrong match so I tell them yeah and they say it's going to be like 45 more dollars so I say alright this was Tuesday the 23 I look at my tires the 25 and all of them are 95v except the one they asked about exact match so now I have 3 95v which is the one I picked out and I 95h they put on now how's that an exact match they just wanted to make extra 45 dollars I'm going back in a couple days when I get time

Our large van broke down on a Saturday and needed an alternator while in VA. We were picking up 24 dogs and transporting them to RI. They were able to to take us, find the part, fix the van and get us on our way. They also put up with the 4 transporters taking up space in the waiting room all day, ordering food, etc... they were very patient and friendly the whole time!!! Thanks for saving us!!!! 🐕🐩🐾

My low tire light came on 10/26. The next morning I stopped by Mr. TIRE. technician checked all the tires. 1 was 10 pounds low. The other 3 were good. He told me tire needed to be looked at right away. I brought it back that afternoon. Tire had a nail in it. He repaired and balanced the tire. I'm very happy with the service.

I stopped by to have some urgent tire work done. They went out of their way to ensure I could get in on short notice and that what I needed was taken care of. It seems like they do excellent work and I'm sure there are sure many local tire stores do. The difference here was the staff's attitude. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend going to Mr. Tire on peterscreek rd. I was having trouble removing an O2 sensor and called many other shops that didn’t even want to look at my truck. When I called Mr. Tire they were upfront and courteous, and let me know if they thought they could help me out. They guy at the front desk and the mechanic were both very professional and did everything they could do to help me out. They were able to remove the O2 sensor so I could finish my repair and at what I thought was a reasonable price. Thanks Mr. Tire!
