I received excellent service today. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful, especially Hunter R. I had purchased air filters from Amazon to install myself. He saw them on my seat and offered to install them for me! It took them 3 minutes and it would have taken me much longer! So very kind! Thanks so much Jiffy Lube, that was above and beyond and really appreciated! I will see you for my next oil change.

Customer service can be way better. Employees will see you at the counter or waiting in your car and they will not greet you in a timely manner. Waited at the counter for 15 minutes once while the employees walked around and talked to each other and did not greet me to let me know they would help me when available. Another time, waited in my car for 20 minutes before they acknowledged me. Went down the street to another business and they greeted customers right away. Customer service needs to be improved.

I have a high mileage older car that's been well taken care of. I requested a standard oil change and I had an online coupon for $10 off the original price. The oil change went fine and fast and I was happy with the service. The employees were friendly, informative, and helpful. I paid my bill without looking at my receipt (my bad) and left. When I finally looked at my bill I was shocked. It was $52 + change. No $10 discount and I was charged for a "special" oil filter I didn't request. I called the regional manager listed on my receipt and explained what happened and he was very helpful and polite. He told me to go back to the store, talk to the manager and get a partial refund. I went back and they were all very helpful and apologetic and understanding. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received and will continue to take my car there.

Guys are a bit off- asked for them to check my car said it was the engine - and my car would have to be rebuilt from scrape - cost 1000 a 4000 dollars . Went to a different place said it was not the engine and that it would be a 300 dollar job. So the reason for 2 stars - they stated that jiffy lube would be willing to check any car before purchase for free

Great Service! Brian and Carl was very helpful and with their attention to detail they pointed out a very serious issue with my brakes and got it fixed in as soon as they could. They even stayed after work hours to finish up and I’m beyond grateful for them and JiffyLube! They were patient with me when i had any additional questions and was kind! Thank you Jiffy!

Called on a Thursday about a state inspection on a work vehicle, they said they would be doing inspections on the following Monday. When I arrived Monday for the inspection they said they didn't have anyone doing inspections. That was why I called the week before. I called this morning about getting an inspection done on my personal vehicle and they said they were doing a big repair and would be doing inspections 4 hours later. I waited 4 hours and went back and they told me there was one more person in front of me today and that was the last inspection they would do for the day. It wasn't even 1:30 and the inspector was leaving. Absolutely hideous customer service. Would go 0/5 if I could. May attempt to have inspection done tomorrow morning here, could update my review. If I go back for a 3rd time and I'm told something different then I wad told today I will not bring my personal vehicle or any of the fleet of vehicles that the company I work for here or any jiffy lube again.

Fast service, friendly staff. Costs are going up but that's everywhere. They should really be careful about slick floors. I almost fell when I slipped on their floor when they were taking my info. Nice waiting room and clean bathroom. They didn't mind my dog sitting with me so that's a plus.

Avoid this location for oil changes. Recently I had the oil in our 2017 Subaru Forester changed here, and the next day the car overheated and sustained engine damage after the oil leaked out. Our regular mechanic examined it and took pictures showing that the oil filter had not been re-installed properly in the oil change -- there were two seals under the filter instead of one, causing the oil leak in our mechanic's opinion.

Went there 4 separate times to get inspection. First time was told to come back following day...came back following day Inspector was "still on vacation ". Went back 4 days later..." he hurt his back or something "... and was told I could drop car off, yet they have no key drop box. Just not a good experience. Guys were super nice...just seemed a bit silly to go through just for an inspection. Ended up going elsewhere.

My vehicle had driving issues and the Manager Brian explained very nicely in layman terms what repair is needed. It was late afternoon so I chose to be back the next day. As I returned a very knowledgeable and skilled technician Mr. James H. performed the installation. He also informed me that I needed another part in conjunction with the repair. He very nicely explained thoroughly the functions to me. So, I returned again to have the other part installed, also by the same technician James.H. I'm thrilled about how well my vehicle runs now.!! He also showed me what to look out for, potential upcoming issues as it is an older vehicle. What a thoughtful young man, and soo skilled.!! The whole staff working there was excellent and super friendly including Bill and Scott. I highly recommend this "Jiffy lube".!!! 👍🏻😊( And the prices are very reasonable.)
