★☆☆☆☆ Ordered a ladder rack from Mountaineer on 8-23-23, when it came in it was missing the hardware to mount the rack to the top of the van, I contacted Marty and he told me to get in touch with Adam Marcum as he was the salesman, I got in touch with him and he said he would order the hardware kit and once it came in he would ship it to me, here it is 3 months later and no hardware kit. neither Marty or Adam won't reply to calls, texts, or emails, Not a good way to get repeat business, I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from mountaineer at all.
