People were friendly and helpful and service satisfactory. Just don’t like the scheduling process, which was explained to me very nicely. Seems partly due to not enough help, from which so many businesses are suffering now and partly due to the free oil changes for life policy. That is certainly honored but for someone who drives low mileage, it doesn’t always make trips to get service very convenient. On the whole, very satisfactory.

There NEVER seems to be enough mechanics to do the enormous amount of appointments scheduled During each visit …even though I had an appointment I’ve had to wait up to two hours. What is the point of making an appointment?😡😡😡😡😡 Maybe if priority would stop buying and selling the business and pay the mechanics what they deserve to be paid the quality of work would be better because they wouldn’t be so stressed out and pushed to get to the next automobile. Also, I’ve had to wait up to two weeks to get an appointment. What kind of services that???????? There’s a wonderful service rep there Taylor Stump… she’s always very courteous, Very knowledgeable…. she shouldn’t have to apologize to the customer for the long wait even though they have appointments . She is a true customer service representative…. However, she can only do so much. HIRE more qualified mechanics? They are out there, but they deserve a decent pay. While I am waiting for two hours, I hear other customers complaining and griping about the service and the long appointments so it’s not just ME . I’m just the one that’s willing to voice that the CEO, Managers need to GET OFF OF THEIR BUTTS…. Away from the computer and talk to their customers on how they can improve. Perhaps you’d have more business and HAPPY CUSTOMERS !!!!! I will be happy for you to schedule a consultation with me to discuss CHANGES, IMPROVEMENTS, and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I have dealt with Adam for the past 4 years and every time I have, he is courteous, knowledgeable, kind, helpful and understanding. On several occasions he has gone over and above to help me. For that matter, the entire service department team is top notch from the receptionist who helped me schedule my appointment, to the gentleman who moved my appointment up a week due to me needing to travel, to Duke picking me up and taking me to the dealership and finally to the lady who checked me out when I picked up my car. Priority has an extremely knowledgeable, helpful and all around great team. Having a vehicle serviced is typically not something people want to do as it means there's an issue and it's going to cost money. Thankfully the service team at Priority helps take the sting out some due to their excellent customer service.

I recently had my Odyssey Elite serviced with Priority Honda. Adam and other service team members were amazing! They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt informed throughout the process of having my error codes diagnosed, fixed, and the complimentary multi-point inspection. They also were able to do same day preventative service. My van is running much better than it did before having it serviced! I highly recommend Priority Honda!

It’s been 1 year since I purchased my 23 Ridgeline from here. I actually did my entire purchase from another state and never stepped foot on their campus nor in their state. It was a combination of online/phone/mail. Thanks to Jacob Taylor, I was able to get pictures and live video as well as get answers to any questions I had. He made the entire sale go as smooth a possible. There were a few mishaps elsewhere with other departments in the dealership, but luckily he was there to get things pushed forward and corrected. Jacob definitely gets 5 stars. I appreciated his helpfulness during the entire process; even when his part was done. He even verified and sent my truck off to the private carrier/shipper I hired to ship it to my state. My vehicle is still running great, and they even did a 1 year courtesy call to see if I had any issues. Dealership as a whole gets a 4/5.

Update: The service department continues to be great. I've gotten my car serviced here every year since I bought it. They always give me accurate time estimates and everyone I've talked to has been polite & friendly. I especially appreciate Taylor who has been my advisor a few times. They are very straightforward with me and respond to my questions / concerns quickly. These guys are great. Mark at the parts counter got what I needed figured out quickly.

When I 1st sched appt with water issues, call center sched it on day water specialist wasn't there. I emailed service advisor assigned to me & I never heard from them. Made a 2nd call directly to service advisor Charity, who resched my appt for direct day. When I dropped my car off, the progress link in the text didn't work. Made a 3rd call to service advisor Ryan & he sorted things out. This is not the 1st time I've had problems with the call center. Something needs to be done. Your local customers deserve to speak with local (or at least USA) reps. If not for Ryan & Charity, I would have gotten shuffled and lost in the mix! Ryan & Charity deserve 5 stars. The other advisor and call center drove the review down a bit.

Bought an 09 Civic Si and ran it till the wheels fell off. Actually, i ran it hard for ten years, 200k miles and would’ve gone another 200k with simple routine maintenance. AKA change your oil on time and don’t dog your car and it will keep on keepin on. Since Priority, formerly known as Rick Woodson, has sold me a very reliable vehicle and one i fell in love with instantly I had to buy another one, just 11 years newer. Drives almost identical to my 09 in the suspension/handling department and even a little more peppy than the 09 NA K20 vs the 20 boosted L15. Couldn’t be happier with how the salesmen treated my family and i while we were there.

I previously had an awful experience here. I brought my car back for a head gasket job through my warranty company. The previous service advisor taylor wouldn’t reply to my texts and didn’t explain the charges properly, causing me to choose another shop for the previous repair. However Adam, another service advisor did. He was amazing, he kept me up to date and was extremely responsive and broke down all of the charges for me to understand. He turned a previously awful experience into a good one. The service manager was extremely patient with me when i brought my car back, confused & wrong thinking i had issues and actually brought another car out for me to compare mine to. I felt like a fool, but he was patient anyways. Thank you to Adam and all the other associates that assisted me at Honda Priority!!!

Kept getting transferred from department to department when asking the price of a service with my exact make and model. finally gave up and told them to just please cancel the appointment, informed me they would have to transfer me another time to cancel it, and didn’t even transfer me the right place to cancel; they transferred me to car sales.

Booked online an oil change and a tire rotation. The prices listed during booking were $79.99 for the oil and $29.99 for the rotation. When I came, the service advisor showed the $95 for oil and $35 for the rotation. When I asked about the discrepancy, he replied the online prices were outdated. The job was completed in about 90 minutes. Next day, I checked under the hood and found the washer tank was empty - they did not top up the fluids. Called them, they offered to stop buy and fill the fluids up.

I came in to the bay due to "low tire pressure" reading which continued to happen even though we had added air to the tires. Sam was understanding and able to get my tires checked right away. I had a scheduled maintenance appointment for the following week and Sam was able to get these services taken care of at the same time. It was a good experience. I felt like Sam gave excellent customer service!
