I would like to share a experience I had with crossroads not to leave negative reviews just bare facts at first I was impressed with Philip at crossroads he had worked on my 98 dodge dakota and I was having a issue with truck overheating and he told me it was a water pump he replaced I say around 8 months ago and and I notice last week that my truck was overheating again and I had someone else look at it and sure enough water pump leaking again the hoses were swelling and I went ahead and replaced the thermostat as well , then I had phil diagnose another problems where truck would not stay started he told me I need an ignition coil and at BJ at crossroads the truck would not start and I call Phil he had at least 15 minutes before he closed and told him what had happened and he said wait to it cools and try to restart and may no effort to come out of his business which I was only 5 minutes away and he would not come out and help see what he could do it finally started back up and he said bring it back on monday which I did not I was disappointed in Philip and trusted his skills I end up in another mechanic shop that diagnostic and he found out it was my computer ECM and I needed a crankshaft sensor along with a pickup coil and so far the truck stays running and doing what it suppose to do and I came to realize that philip just wants money and shows no interest in repairing your vehicle just enough until it stops running again I have learned any good mechanic will fix your vehicle the first time not leave you stranded stuck somewhere .

I had emailed about getting a part put in and I received a email back saying to bring it in and they would put it in for me.I drove a hour to come and have the part put in. The man got nasty with me and said they couldn't put it in and didn't know when he could. So I wasted 2 hours and my car is still not fixed. Definitely will be looking for a different mechanic.

I was so excited to find that Phil opened this garage. He just an amazing mechanic and person. I Trust him with all my car needs. I have had a couple of them there with him and prices are very reasonable and he is clean. Alot of mechanics just jump in your car with dirty clothes/ shoes and don't think a thing about it. Thank goodness for Crossroads! We were driving through from Texas when our engine light came on. After calling 10 places, Crossroads was the friendliest and was the only place to give us an upfront and fair price. The best mechanic for work and service. Phil fixed my car in a timely manner. I felt he always cared about me and my car. Phil helped me diagnose my car over the phone for an hour when I was out of town. He is the absolute best! Update: Phil and his team are so caring and kind. They always go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is safe. If you need anything car related I recommend crossroads. I will never go anywhere else. Also, as far as the one star review that doesn’t even sound like Phil and his team.

I would have sworn that I wrote a glowing review years ago, but I don't see it, so it behooves me to replace it. Most members of my family--if not all--are denizens of Philip's at Crossroads Auto Repair on Williamson Road in Roanoke, VA. Philip is simply the best. He's a kind, efficient, knowledgeable, honest man who would never advise a customer to pay for an unnecessary repair or return a car without having done his utmost to return it to tip-top shape. In my case, some warning lights consistently and annoyingly demand that I seek certain repairs, but Philip scoffs and points out that the applicable parts have many months or even years of useful life remaining, especially given that I drive very, very little. Philip will do what needs to be done as quickly as he can, and it'll be right. If you need anything done to your vehicle, call him. Now.

I just returned from getting an inspection which got rejected for turn signals, 3rd brake light, and supposedly needed new ball joints. They quoted us over $600 to repair. When we pick it up the bulbs are all working so why would I believe we needed new ball joints when they lied about the bulbs. Very sketchy and unprofessional.
