Do not take your car here. Brought my vehicle in for repair. Two weeks later I got a call saying it was ready. Showed up to find that parts they said they replaced with new OEM they simple put my old ones back on there I assume guessing I wouldn’t check. Paint defects all over the bumper. So I refused To accept the car as is, the next day they called me saying it was ready. I asked if it had been cleaned and inspected before I waste two uber rides coming to reject it. They assured me it was good. I showed up to find that instead of my bumper being the problem they scratched up my fenders. Proceeded to blame it on prior damage and told me I was SOL. I can’t prove that they weren’t there before I dropped it off, now I know when I drop off a car for body work to take pictures of everything myself so I can prove these sorts of things. I will never come back to this place again. Stay away!

Did not complete all rear-end damage on my truck. Also a month later I found my truck was covered with over spray. I called they said talk to the insurance company. I called the insurance company. They said they would get back to me. Never called me back. I will be taking this to small claims court.

Honestly one of the absolute worst experiences of my life was having to deal with Global Auto. They were lazy, and lied all the time about the progress of my vehicle, what shouldve taken a matter of 2 weeks took 4 and a half weeks to complete with them fully knowing that was my only method of transportation. Then after taking it back to them again for more repairs since they didn't fix it all the first time I was treated with so much direspect not only from the front clerks but the owner himself.. after another week went by and I came back and picked up my vehicle and they had yet to fix all the problems. The last problem being my window not being able to roll up and down which isn't a big deal for the short term but when I got to call them and schedule a time to come in, they changed their policy and turned me away telling me they where no longer going to work on my vehicle... my vehicle is a 2016, its not that old nor hard to work on. They are lazy, disrespectful, and complete liars. They are a den of greedy snakes ready to strike. This is my very first review ever due to how mistreated I was from Global Auto Repair...

These guys are solid. Had to go to them twice for 2 separate issues, (rear ending repair and a front bumper repair due to rock damage and windforce). -They will communicate with you on a very real time basis what's going on with your vehicle. -They won't give you an unrealistic timeframe. -They are incredibly friendly. Not only that but I also had an aftermarket splitter to install - they referred me to an auto body shop without hassle. Highly recommended.

HORRIBLE experience. I do not recommend. Steve Bautista The owner and manager needs to find another career. Extremely unprofessional and very ignorant. Him and his company are scammers. Ended up getting money from me but never actually fixed my vehicle. Shame on this company for scamming and taking peoples money without even fixing the issue. I do NOT recommend this place. Do yourself a favor and find a REAL mechanic elsewhere.

They did a fabulous job on our 2015 Mustang after a really bad accident. The car was rear ended and not driveable. The work they did was amazing and you couldn't tell it had ever been in an accident. It also drove just like the day we drove it off the lot. The staff was really nice and extremely polite, always attentive to anything we had a concern about. Questions we had were answered right away. We were always treated like a priority and never like we were bothering them. We will always request through our insurance company to have any of our vehicles fixed at Global Auto Repair!

So far, this is a TERRIBLE business! We had our damaged vehicle towed to this repair business on the recommendation of our insurance company. They do not meet their commitments - they promised to have an estimate to me 2 days ago. They did not even do the estimate until I called them 2 days later. They do not return phone calls - I asked to speak to a manager, I am still waiting to hear back from a manager. This company does not seem to care about the customer - only that they get the insurance payment! VERY disappointed!!! I am hoping that the repairs are compete on time and with high quality, but I am not getting my hopes up.

They were all willing to help me while I was waiting for my vehicle to get the initial inspection before they drove the vehicle for service. Once the repair is done this may determine if I have to change the five star rating.

Tracie and the Global Auto Repair Team are the best body shop on the island. I had an accident that required repair and this organization completed the work in less than 4 days at half the cost other shops estimated. Their customer service is unparalleled and their efficiency is of the highest quality. I will go back to this enterprise any day of the week and would recommend them to anyone!

"I had an unpleasant experience with Pena, who was extremely rude during our interaction. Additionally, I found the organization's approach to dealing with customers to be overly aggressive, applying far too much sales pressure. This made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. Stay away from this lady. Find another shop. Don't spend your money there!!!!

Terrible paint work on a new bmw. The vehicle was not re-assembled correctly when I was told to pick it up. They also ruined one of my window tints. They failed to finish the agreed job. Most unprofessional experience of my lifetime. Update: I did not have an issue with the time it took as other reviews have mentioned; however, they did call me week after week to say it would be ready “tomorrow”, only for it to be delayed. they ordered the wrong parts and clearly did not know how to re-assemble the vehicle. In addition, I had to schedule an appointment with the dealership to have basic features re-enabled

I recently had my truck repaired at Global auto body shop, it was our first time and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment we walked in to the customer service was excellent . The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. Annette, my representative, was particularly outstanding, guiding me through the entire process with professionalism and care. Thank you so much Not only was the customer service top-notch, but the quality of work on my truck was also exceptional. When I picked it up, it looked like new again. The attention to detail was evident, and I was impressed by how well they restored my vehicle. Also I was surprised by how quickly they completed the repairs. 1 week! Generally not very friendly people. On my second visit, their system was down and I had to come back. I came back a week later at 11:30 and the person who does the inspections "stepped out" and there was going to be a 45 minute wait. As you can see, service is not very good at this business and I would recommend going to another place that is more responsive for your safety inspections.

Terrible experience. This is where our insurance recommended but I would never go back. They scratched our windows and since I couldn't "prove" they did it I now have multiple scratches on my side and back windows. The paint job they did was thick in between the panels and bubbling. When I wanted to talk to someone about their work a man basically came out and grumbled bring it up with your insurance and walked off. He was incredibly rude to me. I had to flag him down again since my car was dead. He said "did you try to start it?". Obviously. Poor work and awful customer service.

Had a small company car to have safety inspected. My mechanic met me there with the car and he has worked with a kind girl working there. She asked us to move the car to the shop and then some guy with tattooed arms showed up with his iPad and went ballistic about the car needing some things done before he would pass it. In the past, my experience was, that the shops would fail the car, collect their money, and provide a window of time to deal with the issues. This guy went off on us and basically threw us out. Really a really angry guy and brutal customer service. Think twice about going there. We wrote a letter to Progressive Insurance also since they do claims adjusting for them. Went to Starkey's down the street ...night and day service. Aloha!

I could be more happy with this company. They accepted my vehicle when most auto body shops were giving me a 2 month turn around time, use only genuine part for my repairs and the work they did was amazing. They even completed some personal repairs for me. The repair took just over 30 days due to back orders on the OEM parts, no fault of their own. They even tried to get my rental extended due to the delays. I appreciated them trying, even tho the insurance company declined. I don't give out 5 stars easily, but they deserve it.
