Service desk crew was fine. The mechanic that changed my oil and rotated tires scratched my center cap and wheel. Brand new car and first oil change and tire rotation. To top it off. I had to pay 3% fee to use a credit card. Even Casa Grande doesn’t do that. Very disappointed. Will not return.

I was quoted over the phone of a lower price for key fob replacement, and after driving over an hour in the rain was told that it was twice the quoted price. The service man was more than patient and exemplary of customer service. I have no quarrel with him. The phone quote was inaccurate and cost me $160 more than expected.

Went for a tire repair to have a patch placed on the inside of a tire that had already been plugged. Was not charged for service due to it being a part of maintenance which was nice. My appointment was at 11 and was told it should be a 30 minute repair. At 12:45 I approached the desk to ask about the service when they informed me that my tire had been fixed, and the workers had left for lunch at 12. I sat there waiting for at least 45 minutes extra because everyone left for lunch and did not inform me that my tire was fixed until I asked about it.

Super happy with Glockner. After needing to have my PCM replaced by another dealer out of town, when I got my car back my cruise control and my heated/cooled seats didn’t work. That dealership, since it was out of town, told me that they would work with my local dealership to get it resolved. I took it to my local Ford dealership and they said that the cruise control module was bad and I would need to replace it and they said that I would need to find the wiring for the heated and cooled seats and that it would be very expensive. I found the cruise control module on eBay certified used and guaranteed to work and brought it back to that dealership and they told me the part was bad and charge me for removing the old one putting the new one on and then putting the old one back on again. I contacted the port manufacturer and they told me I needed to find a new dealership because they guaranteed their part worked. I then brought the part two Glockner, the same part the other dealership said was bad, and Glockner had everything fixed in less than four hours. I found my new ford dealership.

Quote over the phone was $500 less than what I ended up paying, told an alignment would be done in that price. It wasn’t. They didn’t use the Ally protection for the oil change and billed me for it even though it was supposed to be covered. The work they did do was done quickly, but get quotes in writing with a statement of what the vehicle is getting done because I learned my lesson.

Extremely unhappy! I made the appmt for a recall. I drove 60 miles one way and had a friend follow me since I was told it may take 1-6 hours. After 2 hours, I asked for an update on the recall service and was told, “ there was a pause on this recall”! I asked why didn’t you tell me before I brought it in and was told, “sometimes we don’t know until that morning”! My appmt was at 10:00, someone should have. Checked first thing and notified me! If you want my future service, you need to make this right!!!!!!! I’m not very happy!

I dropped my car off for an airbag replacement and the whole experience was great. The staff got me checked in with no problems and were extremely helpful. One of the employees guided me to the lounge area, made me a hot coffee, and I got to relax and watch TV while I waited. It made the time go by fast, and everyone was very professional. Highly recommend!
