Thorough and meticulous cleaning. I had 8 years of water, coffee, food stains, etc. It was a commuter car, didn’t take the best care of it, looked like I had a family of kids, but as soon as it was done the car looked like it just came off the lot. I literally haven’t seen my car that clean since 2017. Very friendly and pleasant couple and punctual. Would highly recommend. Definitely going to use them again and this time much sooner. Warning- I can’t say this strongly enough- avoid using Gold Grade car detailing at all costs! . They are the worst service I have ever used. They charged me over 200 to clean the inside of the car. They ran an ear- deafening generator for 4 hours that angered all my neighbors. I don’t blame them! They damaged my car and it cost me 400 dollars to repair it. And with all that the car wasn’t that clean. They made all kinds of excuses like my car was old and it smelled like urine. I don’t own any pets so that was a bald faced lie. Then they offered me 50 bucks to help with the costs- an insult . I asked for only 1/2 of the costs. I also referred them to my mechanic. To corroborate the costs. An awful experience-

I was searching for a professional detailer who could give my black daily driver Nissan truck the attention it deserved. I had recently purchased it used from a large local dealership, and while the truck was in good shape mechanically, the paint needed some serious care especially with black paint, which tends to show every imperfection. That’s when I came across Gold Grade Mobile Detailing on Instagram. The quality of work showcased on their page immediately caught my eye. I reached out, and the owner responded quickly and professionally. We scheduled an appointment, and he kept my truck for two days to complete a Stage 2 paint correction and apply a ceramic coating. Throughout the entire process, his professionalism stood out. He was communicative, transparent about what to expect, and took the time to explain the work he was doing. His customer service was excellent! he truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the results. When I got the truck back, I was blown away. I am super grateful and thankful to have found Gold Grade! I have never gotten my car detailed before as I usually do it myself. I received the clay and seal package as well as engine bay cleaning! The appointment was initially set for yesterday, however Steven and Cecilia had let me know that the ppf on the rear bumper had bubbles that won’t disappear and peeling so I immediately went to get it removed. They were able to reschedule me for today and my car never looked better inside and out! I use Jax Wax SiO2 waterless wash and may have not fully cleaned it off and Steven informed me it was hard to remove it but they were able to remove majority of it and with a few more washes with them, it will completely get all that product off. He also provided helpful advice to purchase a waterless wash without SiO2 and will definitely be purchasing that soon. They are superb at what they do, great communication, and I trust them with my car, most definitely a lifetime customer! With the removal of my rear bumper ppf, it got a horizontal clear coat scratch and Steven had let me know it can be buffed out, looking forward to our next appointment!
