Updated Review – Hendrick Collision Center I’m happy to update my review to say that I now recommend Hendrick Collision Center based on my recent positive experience. During a recent trip to the mountains, my pre-collision warning light came on — the same sensor Hendrick had replaced a couple of months ago. Manager Sean, who had told me to reach out if anything came up, got me in right away. From the moment I arrived, I noticed an improvement at the front desk — the red-haired receptionist was warm and welcoming, and while not everyone acknowledged me, overall the tone felt more friendly than before. Sean personally checked on the car and brought technician Andrew out to explain what they found. Andrew was knowledgeable, professional, and quickly pinpointed the issue — a small calibration adjustment was all it needed. He even taught me a few things about my car that I didn’t know. Hendrick stood behind their work months later and resolved the issue efficiently. If you want your vehicle fixed correctly and backed by a shop that honors their repairs, I can now confidently recommend Hendrick Collision Center. Thank you Sean and Andrew!! I have been a loyal Hendrick customer for many years—between my household and extended family, we’ve purchased ten vehicles from Hendrick dealerships in Concord. Based on that longstanding relationship, I chose the Hendrick Collision Center in Concord over my insurance company’s (who is also my employer) recommended repair shop. Unfortunately, my recent experience fell far below expectations. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was met with a noticeably cold and dismissive attitude from Cheri at the front desk. Her tone was unwelcoming, and when I respectfully shared my concerns, her response was argumentative rather than receptive. This was not an isolated incident—the same lack of warmth was present during my initial drop-off, and throughout the two-week repair process, communication was minimal unless initiated by me. The only genuinely positive interactions were with the gentleman who brought my vehicle around-who was kind, professional, and offered an apology—and with the manager, Sean. He took the time to listen to my concerns and assured me they would be addressed, which I sincerely appreciated. With over 30 years of experience in customer service myself, I fully understand the demands of the job. However, courtesy and professionalism should remain consistent, regardless of the circumstances. While the quality of the repair appears excellent, the lack of basic customer service and respect has unfortunately damaged my trust in this location. Despite the manager’s professionalism, I cannot recommend Hendrick Collision based on this experience, and I do not plan to return.

while I was not able to get my car fixed, no fault to Collision center at all I had a great experience with nick and Miss Lisa. They were very helpful in getting me in and serviced. I rented a car from enterprise and they got me a shuttle over quicker than you can say lickety split lol. everyone here was very nice. The place was clean and they assisted me with gathering my belongings out of my vehicle and I just really appreciate their help during this busy season.being patient and helpful goes a long way ! I hope everyone had a great holiday.

Pay attention ‼️ 🚨 🚨 🚨 I recently had a very troubling experience at the Hendrick Collision Center in Concord. I dropped off my car and signed paperwork to get an estimate. After receiving the estimate, I decided to take my car back because I found another body shop that could repair it faster and at a lower cost. To my surprise, they increased my estimate from $10,000 to $15,000 and claimed my car was a total loss for my insurance. When I went to pick up my car, I asked about my missing back door. The staff informed me that it was gone. Thankfully, I was with my brother, who confronted the person responsible for my car. After a tense situation, the manager intervened and allowed us to retrieve my back door. However, I was charged nearly $2,000 just for the estimate. After taking my car to another body shop, I discovered that many items were missing. I urge everyone to be cautious and not to trust this shop. Be careful about signing anything, as they seem to be trying to scam customers. Update ——————— : Concerns Regarding Estimate and Service at Hendrick Collection of Concorde** 1. Purpose of Visit** - I came to your service center solely to obtain an estimate for my car and you enforced me to get an appointment to let me get in this process to get any money 💰. 2. Estimate Increase** - Initially, the estimate was $10,000. However, when I requested to pick up my car, the estimate increased to $15,000. This seems unreasonable. 3. Missing Parts and Recorded Call** - I have a recorded call where it was stated that my right back door had been discarded. My brother and I spoke with your manager, who promised to help locate the door. Additionally, I noticed other parts were missing after retrieving my car. 4. Charges and Repairs** - I was charged approximately $2,000 just for the estimate. I plan to fix my car for about $3,500, which includes replacing the missing parts. I urge your management to review the security footage to see how my car was treated and the damage that occurred. 5. Car Maintenance History** - I purchased this car from a Honda dealership in January and have diligently maintained it since, including regular oil changes and upkeep. 6. Final Thoughts** - I am disappointed with how this situation has been handled and plan to share my experience with others in Charlotte and beyond bc we own many stores 🏬 . I recently had work done on my car. I had never been through the process before and Jerod made it as seamless as possible. He explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was going to happen, without overwhelming me. He stayed in touch through the process, was flexible with my needs, and honest about the process and timeline, which I appreciate. When I came to pick up my car, I gave Jerod about a 5 minute notice. It didn’t matter. He was ready and waiting, and it was busy in there! Cheri was phenomenal, she had everything ready to go. I was in and out in 5 minutes. You wouldn’t even know there was work done on my car, it looked brand new! In a time where it’s hard to trust where you’re taking your vehicle and what kind of experience you may receive, they are a stand up and stand out group of individuals. Highly Recommended – Audi Q7 Collision Repair I had my 2021 Audi Q7 repaired after a collision, and the service was outstanding. Elaina, the representative, was professional, easy to work with, and kept me updated throughout the process. Michael, the technician, did an excellent job on the repair—my car looked brand new! Shout out to my man Nick for assisting in getting my car looking brand new after some severe hail damage. Most of the body of my car had to be replaced & I didn’t have my car for almost two months. I am well aware I was not the easiest person to deal with during that duration. God skipped out on giving me patience. HOWEVER, Nick was so kind & reassuring during the stressful time. I really didn’t want to get all of the work done because I knew it would be a difficult time for me but I am glad I trusted Nick to take care of my car. 10/10 guy. 10/10 collision center. We’ve always bought our vehicles brand new from Hendrick Toyota and been extremely happy with the sales team and customer service. However, I was in a tiny fender bender with no cosmetic damage other than some paint scratching (no denting or anything additional), we took it to the collision center for a quote and the representative tried to hand us a $3k quote including an entire bumper replacement. When my husband questioned him about it he tried to say they would be unable to fix everything and blend it properly with my graphite coating. I’m beyond disappointed and will think twice about getting my vehicles from or serviced by them. We weren’t under the impression that they were in the business of ripping people off but there are definitely better options in the area.

Absolutely ridiculous lack of effort and care from these folks. They took nearly a month to repair a fender bender, while also fully taking advantage of my insurance by deeming a lot of minimally affected cosmetic parts as needing to be replaced. But that’s all fine. I’m flexible. I know how this goes… where I draw the line is where they did not get (the undamaged) side of the bumper flush with the fender. Immediately called them out and was told “that’s all we can do” Well… in about half an hour of work I got it flush, with no issues. You had my car for 20+ days and not a single professional could get it right? Yeah, okay. If this is how they treat visible parts of a repair, imagine what they will hide behind the body panels. Save yourself a headache and steer clear.

A connector hanging from the car after a couple of days of having the car back. Original: My car looks good as new. They warranty their work and detail your car inside and out before it's returned. Kyle and Lisa were great! . **BEFORE: First 2 pics with dented bumper and tailgate and cracked tag frame.
