This location is one of my favorites. They do a very thorough job of inspecting your vehicle to locate all issues that may be wrong with it. I used to go to Firestone or pep boys until I continued to receive horrible service. I advise this location if you really want to know if your vehicle has an issue

While Groupon offered good price. Definitely disappointing. Had a 3 pm scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I did not leave there till after 4:30. This is after asking twice as to what is the hold up. Then they proceed to suggest things I need replaced. I only went on for oil change and tire rotation l

The staff at Meineke were excellent — professional, friendly, and attentive. Both of my vehicles had oil changes and tire rotations (with one also needing a wheel balance), and the service was done well. The only drawbacks were the long wait time, as my 11 am appointment lasted until nearly 4 pm, and the wiper blades I purchased couldn’t be installed because they didn’t have the correct attachment for my vehicle. I appreciated that they didn’t charge me for the wipers, and overall the customer service made up for the inconvenience.

I walked in with an appointment to replace my brakes. I brought in my own pads and was charged 2 hours at $200/hr (because labor rates went up “last month”). Upon further inspection, I was asked if I wanted to change my rear rotors because the left rear rotor was scratched pretty deeply which I was aware of. After some back and forth with my boyfriend on the phone (he’s the owner of the car), I told them to go ahead with it and I would pay. Fast forward 1.5 hrs and I get my car back. Even before I walked to my car, I could see that my rotors weren’t replaced. I walked back inside and the guy at the front gave me an “oh shit” look when I asked him why it wasn’t replaced. He walks to the back - tells the only other guy there, “Hey! She wanted her rotors replaced!” They went back and forth and even spoke loudly about an inappropriate situation with a female and sexual acts. He walks back in and says it’ll be $80/rotor plus they’re going to have to charge me more labor fees ($200/hr) because I “wasn’t clear that I wanted them replaced.” I told him he was being ridiculous and obviously messed up. I happily walked out and paid someone else to do the job. This location could use some education on how to interact and communicate with women. Upon arrival, they were deep in argument with another female about how she told a potential customer to go to Take 5 for an oil change because the guys at this Meineke gave her an estimate of $140 for an oil change. I would never come here again and am upset that I came here in the first place. Please take your vehicle somewhere else. I did not feel treated fairly nor did I feel like the employees were professional.

My Groupon was for an oil change, filter and tire rotation. My tires were NOT rotated and NO air was put in them, I was told air pressure was part of rotation. I have yet to have my mechanic check to see if my filter was really replaced. VERY DISAPPOINTED... Not sure if it was worth the Groupon after I pat for the rotation they DOD NOT do...

I do feel like the customer service representatives and the mechanics cared about my experience and had my best interest in mind. However, plan to wait for about 2 hrs. I ended up getting a brake flush too, but it did not seem crazy busy and this was the second time I came with a wait. I was prepared for it, but just expect that reality if you are not dropping the car off.

Manager Liu is the truth! He’s honest and accepted responsibility for someone else’s error and made sure my vehicle was working properly and safe to drive. He even rolled up his sleeves and refixed my truck himself. He didn’t have to do it as a manager but he did and I am truly grateful for his service. He’s an awesome manager. I came in 10 minutes before closing right after the New Year, and instead of turning me away, they welcomed me with patience and respect. My car is not easy when it comes to changing the headlight, but they handled it smoothly and professionally without complaint. This was my first time visiting, but because of how well I was treated, it definitely won’t be my last. I truly appreciate the whole staff for going above and beyond. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! The worst experience ever! The Manager Josh is terrible and needs to be fired! He tried to manipulate me because Im a female! So on Feb 7, 2026 I took my car to be fixed it was misfiring I ended up getting a new coil pack, spark plugs and fuel induction cost me 1300 which once it got diagnosed Josh called me and told me it was going to cost 12 something I call back tell them I want to get the work done the girl who answered said okay its going to be 16 something I said no Josh told me 12 something this girl going to say he missed quoted me and apologized I said that is unacceptable after going back and forth they got the price down to 1300 and they did the work! Now two weeks later my car is back misfiring I called Josh Monday Feb 23 told him my car is back misfiring he asked me to bring it in I told him I couldn’t come until today Feb 28 I get to meineke at 8am the girl at the front desk ask me what do I need I tell her what was happening she said we are booked today I tell her no I spoke to Josh he knows I was coming she goes to the back and speaks with Josh, Josh comes up ask for my keys pulls my car in the bay and returns back to me in less than 5 minutes and says he plugged it up and its not reading any codes, and then tells me that he sees that its low on gas that might be the problem, and it’s nothing he can do because its not reading any codes! At this point Im pissed because I just paid 1300 dollars and my car is not fixed! Josh did absolutely nothing didnt check anything just plugged it up to a computer! I have called the 1-800 customer service number waiting on corporate to contact me to see what can be done was told I should here from them by Tuesday March 3! I will be back with a updated review once I hear from corporate! But just dont take your car here for any work besides an oil change! They don’t know what there doing will try everything to make a sale and you will end up out of your money!

Josh was absolutely awesome. Best customer service Iv ever had at any auto shop. He was able to get a car I had lost hop in with nearly 200k on it running back to like new. His knowledge on on my specific vehicle and 12years of experience on just my car alone. Was a breath of fresh air! Josh is a really cool store manager for this Meineke location.
