It’s really unfortunate when you put your trust into a business and they have poor ethics. Everything was seemingly fine until it was time to pay. Your mechanic broke something in the process of fixing what I came for and you had me pay for it. That’s actually very bad business. And to try to push it off as you doing me a favor by charging me market price adds insult to injury. Extremely poor business practice.

My vehicle had not had hoses & belts replaced in 10+ years along with other maintenance. Webster had done 3-4 DMV inspections on my vehicle without an up-sell attempt, which encouraged me to consider them further. Upon reading their reviews, and then thorough communication with what I wanted to accomplish, I entrusted them with radiator flush, replacing hoses, belts, battery terminal, headlamps, oil change, checking brakes, wheel bearings, differential, and vacuum lines. The work required 1 1/2 days to complete, and their complementary shuttle to and from my residence was a bonus. Thank You! After several weeks have now past without any issue of their work done, I am posting this as being greatly satisfied and would utilize them next for further service. My only glitch was noting afterwards that there was an added 2% to my $1200+ invoice for using a credit card. Regardless overall, for their detailed communication, adherence to their original cost quotation, and no further issues after their service, they merit my full 5 stars!

So disappointed. I was hoping to write a glowing review for this place, as besides one inconvenience I was having a great experience. However I was initially told that my vehicle would be ready Tuesday, as they have had it for a week as of today. Upon calling today I am being told that they do not know when I will have my vehicle back as they can not get a hold of the man rebuilding my transmission. This is an extremely big inconvenience. I will be expecting a discount on the price I was quoted (2,961$) when I call tomorrow due to this incredibly big inconvenience. So disappointing.

I was victim of someone slashing my tires. I came here and spoke to the gentleman at the front desk. Had my car towed here this was on Friday , He then said on Saturday it will be Monday, poor poor customer service , unfriendly no sympathy or compassion and just said oh I don’t know ,when I confronted him , He then said Oh sorry I didn’t know I was suppose to do that today .I called Mavis tire they helped me right away. I would never do business at Webster Radiator& AC this picture is my car being towed because he said he yesterday it would be done in morning! If I can give a lower score than a one I would

Every vehicle I took up there was temporarily rigged never fixed and always had to go back and spend more money. They caused a big fuss because I wanted my car back after a month of them having it with no updates. They promised to give me updates but I never heard anything for weeks. Then I was told they didn't think I was in a rush so basically they put my vehicle at the back of the line. Also one of the mechanics punched a dent in my hood. Theres a big fist dent in my hood!!! The dad at the front desk is rude and nasty. They promise you a warranty but if something goes wrong they try to charge you for it.

I have a 10year old car with almost 175,000 miles and 2weeks before I have to renew my registration, the check engine light comes on. I spent a week praying for the check engine light to go away. My boyfriend recommended I take my car to Webster Radiator A/C & Auto Repair because he took his car there a year ago and had a great experience. And just like that my prayers were answered in a different way! Right up front the guys at Webster set realistic expectations and right off the bat I felt comfortable and confident they knew what they were doing. Unfortunately I didn’t need to wait very long so I didn’t get to spend much time in their waiting room. And it’s worth saying it was the cleanest and most comfortable waiting room/restroom I’ve seen at a repair shop. One and a half days later - not only did these guys replace my entire electrical, they got rid of the check engine light, they went ahead and did the official inspection and it passed! These guys are good, these guys are fast and most of all they are fair. This wasn’t a small job but I would’ve spent waaaay more getting the same job done at the dealership. Plus unlike the dealership, Webster Radiator worked out a reasonable payment plan with me. They have a customer for life from me and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Excellent customer service. I spoke with Kelly and she knew her job and assisted in price quote. I get to the shop and was greeted by everyone. Orlando extended conversation only to find out he would be the mechanic to work on my vehicle. Once finished warranty was explained. Veterans I highly recommend. My daughter brought her Audi Q7 there. Asked for service because her heat wasn’t working. They quoted her $839.00. That day when she left she called their office back at 4:00pm told them she didn’t want the work done and she would pick it up the next day 8:00am when they opened they agreed. My daughter gets there and they say to her it cost $634.00 since they took it apart. I asked how much per hour for labor and why so much if nothing was done. They said ok we won’t put the car back together but she still owes $353.64. They are a SCAM & Scheme ! Don’t use their services they suck and have noooo customer service !!! They take advantage of people! Be careful! We will be going through with the BBB & Civil Suit. Lastly they put the bolts in a TACOBELL cup! So unprofessional!
