If I could give zero stars, I would. A worker asked what I needed. I said I was there for an inspection. He told me to pull around. I said ok and then asked roughly how long it would take (I was on my lunch break). Without even turning back around to me he very rudely said, "as long as it takes." I calmly said, never mind and proceeded to walk back to my truck. He responded with "Ok." I decided to turn around and (and continuing to be calm) asked him why he was being so rude to me. He turned away from me and walked off. I continued to ask him why he wouldn't talk to me. He never responded. I then made my way inside to talk to the guy working behind the counter and explain that I asked a genuine question and how rudely this employee responded. The guy then proceeded to walk over and literally mock me repeatedly (facial expressions and all) while asking if I had anymore questions. I told him no, just wanted to know why he was being so rude when I was genuinely asking how long it would take. He continued to mock me asking if I had anymore questions. I then asked him if he was going to answer my question and he said no and shut the sliding glass door on me and walked off. The guy at the front desk wouldn't even look at me after this. There was even a customer in the lobby who was visibly shocked. I wouldn't trust anything this establishment offers when they hire and keep on an employee like this. I have literally never been treated so rudely by a business in my entire life.

I went in on a Saturday for an inspection. These guys failed my inspection for slightly tattered, but fully functioning wiper blades. Sigh... Told me to I could go replace them but had to wait 24 hrs for the re-inspect. "Since we're closed on Sunday, you'll have to wait until Monday to come back." Monday came and I drive 20 minutes to go back for the inspection and they were closed for Memorial Day. Sigh...

Failed car inspection because my two back windows were "too dark" (never had that problem before today) , had to pay $33 and was told after I stripped the window tint to come back and pay the other $6, as I was going to my car another guy said to come back after 5pm, assuming he meant he would pass my inspection, came back after 5pm and they were closed. The guy who did my inspection was extremely rude!

The employees were not friendly. The waiting room was tiny and cramped. They said they charged the standard for oil changes but ended up charging me $65 for a simple oil change (even though it has never costed me more than $30). I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Had my car inspected it “failed for wipers” they said they would replace for 25 dollars each. I did not have them replace them. There were wiper boxes in their trash where they had got a few other people today. I went and bought my own and replaced ( nothing was wrong with mine) then took back to “pass” Spoke to my daughter who had used this place and they had failed her for wipers that were not bad said “streaking” It’s a money racket there. Will advise everyone I know to never come to this place!!

I used to love coming here, been coming here for 9 years, but the staff has changed and the prices goes up every time I come. Another customer was getting their car serviced and I heard the employee who was working on it cuss and talk about the guys car and how he was having trouble. The other employee said, " well, I can just key it in and said you did it." Both me and the customer was in shock. I dont think they know we heard every word through that glass. I wouldn't recommend going here anymore since they are very open to the idea of keying work in to say they did it. I miss the old staff. These newer guys are very much rude!

Came in for a simple inspection on my daughters car. The manager/ owner or whatever he is was very rude to his employees and just talking down to them while I was there. My car failed the inspection due to a marker light being out. Wanted 20 bucks each to replace them and I declined and took it home and replaced the lights. Upon coming back to have the car inspected agin within 15 minutes they passed it and were just very rude and unprofessional. I left to go to the dmv to replace my tag for the year and I noticed my check with registration invoice was missing. I called them after searching the car and the boss was very rude and ugly with we didn’t take your envelope out. We didn’t touch it. Then the tech said he moved it from the passenger seat to my dash. And it wasn’t there. So after I looked all over dash I finally seen where it went in between the dash and I had to fight to get out. I called them back to tell them I found it and he rudely just hung up on me without saying sorry or anything. I called right back and he sent me to voicemail. So I called from a different number to let him know I was very unhappy and to please ask his techs to not move other stuff that they have no business touching. And he said whatever sir and hung up agin. Stay away from this place of business. Stay far far away from the rude unprofessional ungrateful business that does not care for their customers!

I had been getting my oil change here with no issues. My husband took his truck for an oil change for the first time. My husband had thought the young guy told him to stay in the truck, so he did. The young guy then came back and rudely said "I told you to get out of the truck and wait inside". So my husband did the right thing and drove away and gave his $100+ oil change to another business. Called manager and did not seem overly considered. Would NOT recommend this place. Take your business to someone who appreciates your business!

I did an oil change at home last night and brought my car right there this morning for an inspection. I thought I had fully tightened the oil filter cap but hadn't and by the time I got there, it had really loosened and I lost some oil. These guys were great, tightened the cap and topped off the oil and just charged me the cost of the inspection. Like I told them, I'm starting to get too old(er) to keep climbing under the car to remove the shield and drain plug and come next change, I'm going to start taking it here. I just also sent my daughter the location because she's been looking for a place to change her oil.

First of all, if you have “legal” tint on your car windows, don’t go here. I have been going here for years to get my car inspected with no problems. Even went last year. The two guys there today, it was my first time ever seeing them. The tint on my car is legal and was professionally installed. I requested it be legal tint to avoid any future issues. So, the two guys look at my car for no more than 3 minutes, tell me my tint is illegal and the only way for me to pass inspection was to give them $100. I couldn’t believe it. Nothing else wrong with the car accept according to them my tint was illegal. The guy even told me tint gets darker over time. Clearly he knows NOTHING about tinted windows. So I gladly took my car to another location. My car passed inspection and it was CONFIRMED that my tint was LEGAL. Not sure how lucky g these two have been running this scam but stay away. I definitely will not be going back.

Took my Kia Sedona to get an oil change. They took the car with zero discussion of price. They did come show me filters and I declined the air filter change. At checkout the cost was $74 rather than the $48.95 posted. The guy checking me out was incredibly rude when I asked why it was so expensive and he told me that both my oil and my filter were upcharges. I politely pointed out that I needed that information prior to the oil change and he told me it was posted - which there is a price list posted but I had no way to know that I’d be an up charge as I haven’t encountered that anywhere else AND the list didn’t specify what makes a filter more expensive. Had they asked and informed me of the upcharge I would probably have agreed due to convenience but since I wasn’t informed and then the person I was speaking with was so rude I won’t be back. It would have taken less than a minute (3+ people working and no other cars being serviced) to have that conversation.

Owner Jon takes no responsibility or accountability of his 2 employees . Which is consistent with the other bad reviews. One of them broke the handle on my son’s car in front of me and then they both denied it. Without looking at video Jon immediately accused me of trying to scam him. Dude it’s an 09 Mazda handle cost $25. Then his employee Josh proceeded to curse at me unprovoked, then when I checked him and told him to watch his mouth in front of my son he kept going. Then once I got upset and told him to say it to my face he walked out of the shop, into the parking lot and blew smoke in my face. After I pushed him, he then decided to throw racial slurs. I will be filing a police report.

I should have read the review carefully before going there. I do not recommend going there for inspection or any kind of services because one of the staff was very rude. I didn’t like the way he talked to me. He said I need to replace four light bulbs and I did but when when the job is done, today I can see there is a metal piece he left behind the hood and one of the piece under the windshield is missing. This is so frustrating. I think the owner is a good man but the stuff aren’t.

Stopped by this morning the gentleman came out I asked him the price for my van oil change 2015 Honda Odyssey synthetic he tells me $89.99 I said no I get it cheaper at Tonys right above him and went towards my car he proceeded to tell me "I doubt it" make sure it's out the door. Sir your rude and actually I paid $70 out the door at Tony's so y'all go see Tony right above this shop for better prices and definitely a better attitude!
