I've been bringing my car here since I bought it in 2018 - I didn't buy my car here but after this many years, I wish I had. This dealership is friendly and will always give you a realistic look at 'this can wait, this can't, this is recommended but not necessary/is necessary'. I've never been overcharged - in fact, there have been a couple instances where my Crosstrek had an oddball but easy issue, and they fixed it for free. THIS is how you get a lifetime customer and brand loyalty; based on my experiences JUST with this dealership I won't be shopping elsewhere or getting service elsewhere. Mechanics and management both seem to be really lovely.

I have been going to Subaru Concord service department for the past 9 to 10 years. They have always taken great care of me and my vehicles. I’ve been a loyal customer and I’m on my second Subaru with them. They treat loyal customers quite well at this location. Jason and his team will take great care of your vehicle. Subaru of Concord Service is very accommodating with setting appointments, giving quotes and finishing the work on time. I will continue to be a return customer. 5 STARS!!!

Started hearing a click on my new Ascent when I pressed the brakes and took the car in a couple of times. The last visit I didnt think they did the repair and escalated to the general manager and service manager. I was contacted right away and despite my push back to want to work with them anymore, they were respectful and persistant. The next day I discovered the click was gone. As I talked to the service manager he assured me they did the work on the car and I was able to confirm on my commute to work. I was truly impressed by their response and willingness to work with me to resolve the issue. They have my business from now on!

I have been so disappointed by the Concord Subaru service the past few visits. I simply do not trust them anymore. I haven’t been back since last year. From telling me I needed an alignment without telling me my tires needed to be replaced the next month to having faulty work done that then needed to be repaired. Two of my coworkers purchased Subarus because I had raved about the customer service. After Subaru replaced their service team with new people, they experienced some issues as well. One coworker who is a mechanic took his Crosstrek there, and the mechanic damaged his tire pins during a rotation so much so that he had to repurchased the parts and fix what the mechanic had damaged. He waited 2 hours to speak to the manager before he gave up and went home. After an accident, Henderson Collision took my Outback to Concord Subaru to have the eyesight safety feature fixed. Subaru said it was fixed and I ultimately had to return 2 more times to get it properly repaired. On top of that, neither Henderson Collision nor l could get a call back from Burl in the service department on several occasions. Needless to say Concord Subaru has lost 3 customers since they can no longer provide the quality service they had provided in the past. ** While my co-workers and I will not return to the service department, I need to add that Jason from the service department contacted me immediately after reading my review. He politely wanted to know exactly what happened and to reassure me that things have been corrected (certain people are no longer there), and the service department is top notch now. I really appreciate his persistence to get in touch with me and the time he spent with me. I do feel heard.

Had a transmission issue with my 2016 Crosstrek and was scared to death of the cost, and how long it would take to fix the vehicle (based on several quotes from non-dealerships in the area). Jason not only alleviated all my fears, but he did every possible thing to make sure I was taken care of fairly. He made sure I had a loaner car, and he fixed every single thing that came up on their thorough inspection. He stuck his neck out for me via Subaru corporate to maintain I was given fair treatment over my car’s issue. If not for him, I would be in a complete mess. I owe Subaru Concord Service department every service for the rest of my vehicle’s life. Will never take it anywhere else, even for just an oil change. And to top it— despite having a transmission issue— Subaru took their reliability reputation seriously and helped me out. It’s the reason why I purchased a Subaru and will continue to stay in the Subaru family. Highly recommend you go there and let Jason and his team take care of you. These are good, trustworthy folks who want to help you, not take advantage of you or your wallet.

I have bought four cars in the last two years from the dealership. Sales and finance are good, but service is so bad that I question if I'll ever come back to this dealership again. I took one of the four cars I bought for an oil change and they didn't tighten the oil plug. All the oil drained out and I had to have it towed. Not only did they charge me to fix it but they also tried to charge me $119 diagnostic fee to diagnose that they didn't put the oil plug back in correctly and another fee just push the garage Fast-forward to three weeks ago where I bought a 2020 outback with 60,000 miles. It broke down in less than a week because they put a used battery in it. That was both defective and the wrong one for the car. The car also has the wrong windshield wipers, the back window leaks water, the electronics are all jacked up, and the brakes are bad. They pretended they went through it and sold it as a car that had been serviced when it really had not. So now I have to take it back again because the MySubaru app doesn't work from the dashboard, the eyesight monitor thing doesn't work consistently, and multiple other electronic issues clearly show that the car had not been serviced correctly. I tried to buy a 2017 GMC from them about six weeks ago, but it also had service issues. The back window on it also leaked plus the back bumper was broken and the part where the trailer hitch wiring was supposed to plug-in was missing. How does it even get through service and onto the lot like that? The answer is obvious: they don't care.

Very disappointed with the service at Subaru Concord. I brought my Outback in on Oct 16 for a loud rear noise — the technician confirmed it and kept my car for inspection. After four days and several follow-ups, I was told the rear differential needed replacement. I picked up the car on Oct 23, but the noise was even louder. Despite multiple calls and messages, no one from the service department or manager responded. Only after Subaru of America intervened did I learn they claim it’s due to tire cupping. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-up from this service team is unacceptable.
