I was traveling from out of town when I had car trouble. They were so helpful about telling me what the exact issue with the car was and getting it fixed so I could make it home (an 8 hour drive). I went in because I had a coolant leak, and Audi had quoted me a very high price. Daniel was very thorough diagnosing the problem and was patient and explained exactly what was happening with pictures . The car was finished quickly and meticulously, I couldn’t be happier. A1 service…my barber recommended him to me and on the same day I was able to make an introduction and get my car repairs completed. He responded back in a timely manner. I had my car towed to them on Sunday after an item on the road punctured my fuel tank. Daniel quoted me on the replacement. He mentioned the dealership told him the tank was on back order for at least 3 weeks. However he searched through his vendors and had the replacement on Tuesday morning and my car was ready to go on Tuesday afternoon & for lower $ than it was quoted! Such a very pleasant and welcomed surprise. Daniel kept me informed the whole time and was very professional. Even though it is out of the way from my side of town, I would definitely use his services again if the need arise, and I will 100% recommend him.
