I can’t say enough good things about this shop! I’ve gone here twice in the past six months — both times without much notice — and they’ve taken amazing care of me. I'm down here temporarily for work, so I didn’t know where to go for car issues, but they’ve been a lifesaver. Carmen is absolutely amazing, and Mike is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to explain everything clearly. Both visits, they accurately diagnosed and fixed the problems as quickly as they could. Recently had my 2019 Ram getting repaired after hitting a deer. I contemplated turning into the insurance or doing the work my self. After taking my truck to be looked at they found additional damage that I could not visibly see. Yhe paitn is a perfect match to the truck and you cant even tell there was a paint job done. The work was completed within a timely process, and extremely helpful on the entire process.

So for some preface, my neighbor ran into my car while it was parked. This place was recommended by Allstate. It’s a sorry excuse for a body shop, put on the incorrect bumper, didn’t bother to say anything until it was painted and installed at which point I was told it’s my fault because I had an aftermarket bumper to begin with. The paint doesn’t match, there are still uneven gaps between the fender and the hood. I’ve contacted them numerous times and have been told I’m basically out of luck and oh well because insurance has already paid them even though I didn’t sign anything saying I was happy with the repairs. When I picked the car up it had mud flung all over the side of the car, but there was tire shine on the tires and a paper floor mat as if it had been “cleaned”. Avoid this place at all costs. The staff do not care about your car and I can promise they do not care about you. Attaching photos for reference.

I had 1,000 lbs of vinyl flooring cave in my cab and damage my truck bed- I thought she was going to be totaled. Briggs said absolutely not and after a few weeks of immaculate labor she looks good as new. The staff are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the entire repair. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a fix!

The damage to the quarter panel was not pretty 😖 I was worried about it being repaired back to the way it was originally. They did a good job on the repair. We love our Camaros… Dec 17, 2025…..The Hot Wheels Camaro was hit by a person diving too fast through a parking lot. The repair is just as beautiful as the silver Camaro repair. I will keep getting any repairs I need from Briggs. They do magnificent work!!

I must say that Briggs collision is one of the best Body shop in Charlotte. They did an amazing job on my vehicle. Christian and his team are hands down amazing . Took my car to Briggs after it was hit in a parking lot. They’re Honda Certified and work directly with the at-fault driver’s insurance, which is why I initially chose them. However, I will ONLY use them for any future needs. They did a phenomenal job and Carmen and Amanda were so sweet and kept me in the loop through the whole process. They even detailed my car before I picked it up and it smelled like a new car!! lol This is the best place!

Very happy with the service I received at Briggs in Concord. My 2020 Tundra was rear ended and I needed a new bed side, bumper, and tailgate. I had some aftermarket accessories that I just assumed I would have to take care of when I got it back. To my surprise they had ordered and installed my tailgate lettering and Rigid tow hitch lights. They took care of some other blemishes I had that were outside the insurance claim allowing me significant savings on set up fees had I done it at another time. Big thanks to Carmen and Christian for putting up with me and taking care of my Tundra.

Briggs collision returned my car in better condition than I could have imagined! I got into an accident that caused some damage to the back end of my car, upon getting my car back it looks like nothing happened!! I still can’t believe it! Quality, Professional work on time with best customer service. The work performed was way better than some of the dealerships can do. This is my first time using them but definitely they are my go to shop moving forward. Christian was amazing and kept his on time work completion estimate super accurate. 10 out of 10 for them.
