I have an imported Japanese car that was in a hit and run. No other shop wanted to take it but them. I was amazed by the professionalism and great work that was received. When I first saw the car again it looked really good, they also detailed the car before I came to pick it up. Amazing experience!!

We found Kosmic Collision online and called because of the reviews. This was our best decision throughout the claims process. Kelvin overcommunicated as the process went along and took care of the communication with the other persons insurance company. When the car was finished, he even organized for me to leave the rental with them and they would work it out with Enterprise. The body work was so good that I legit had a moment where I questioned if that was our van. Overall, 5/5 experience, would definitely recommend and use again.

Kosmic Collison was very helpful and professional in providing me with an estimate for car damages due to an auto accident. No repairs performed as my vehicle was declared a total loss by my insurance carrier. However, kosmic did a fantastic job with supporting me during this stressful time. Ladies, if you’re looking for a body shop that won’t gouge you, upsell on things, or make you feel uncomfortable, I highly recommend Kosmic Collision. Had damage to the roof of my car, and based on other reviews I came here. Kelvin and team did a phenomenal job, extremely fair pricing, and they literally fixed my car in a day. While this was an unfortunate experience with my car, the fix they provided made me feel a lot better about the situation. I hope to not need them in the future, but I would definitely go back if anything comes up.

I initially thought the high ratings and lack of negative reviews was too good to be true, however I couldn’t have been more wrong! Kelvin, Charles & crew provided better service in about half the amount of time compared to my experience with a major dealership collision center approximately 2 years prior.. Not only did they repair all the damage from the recent accident, but they fixed prior damage that was neglected previously by the dealership collision repair team. From the start, Kelvin gave me his honest input on my situation and made sure not to leave me with any unrealistic expectations. He made sure to maintain regular communication with me throughout the process & even detailed the vehicle, making it look almost as good as the day I bought it. I don’t submit many online reviews.. but I’d say when I do, it’s because whatever I’m reviewing either impressed or disappointed me so much I felt it necessary to share my experience. This would 100% be one of the times I was impressed, and I can’t thank the Kosmic Collisions team enough for their commitment to providing excellent service without the added nonsense typically seen at most other body shops. Moving forward, I will be recommending Kosmic Collisions to anyone looking for auto body/collision repairs in the CLT area.. Still don’t believe me? I stopped by after a fender bender to have them assess the damage and make my car safe to drive back to SC. They were very professional and not only checked out the car but removed a piece that was dragging the ground and secured the bumper. Also gave me information about seeking a repair company in SC and what questions to ask. After all of that, they refused to charge me for anything ! I have already given them 2 referrals because I know they will be in good honest hands! Hard to find this kind of service these days! Wished I lived closer so they could have done my repair. Highly recommend!
