Reserved a u-haul at another location and at the last minute was redirected to this location. The staff was helpful and courteous, uhaul seems to be the problem in most every move I've made. Seems they know they have cornered a market and know it.

My Xterra started with a clicking noise up front and with research I determined it to possibly be the u-joints. I took the X to Wilmars who said there was a loud noise coming from the rear end and the u-joints were fine. They then referred me to Concord Auto Repair off old Charlotte road. They looked at it and drove it and told me they didn't even hear a noise and never even mentioned the u-joints when I clearly told them that's what I thought it was. They were convinced that they needed to open up the rear end to diagnose this issue. I Didn't fall for that so I ended taking the Xterra to Barry's after I knowledgable conversation over the phone in which they were certain it was related to the u-joints. Long story short, I dropped off my Xterra and they assessed the parts and labor for both u-joints for $190. Finished in a couple hours and I couldn't be happier with the parts and service. I will be back for any future maintenance on my vehicle. Great job!

After a horrific experience at the Uhaul place on Concord Pkwy I was sent to Barry's to pick up equipment they didn't have. I believe it was Gigi working the front desk, she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and got what I needed. This personal service says a lot for the kind of business they run. -Side note, never use the uhaul on Concord Pkwy for anything!!

I’m under my boyfriend account but this place is amazing and beyond helpful, and professional! Robert answered my phone call, answered all my questions, gave me so many options, and helped me as best as he could! Came by today and end up finding out something that all the other places wouldn’t tell me. He was honest and helped me save so much money. Very worth going there and will be back if I end up with any other issues. Not to mention everyone else there were super nice! ☺️ Thank you berrys auto! Y’all are awesome!

This is the most dishonest shop I have ever dealt with. They promised a free estimate. They never provided an estimate. I never authorized any work, but they "repaired" the vehicle anyway! They charged me $945 which is $300 more than average, based on estimates from other shops, and returned the car broken. The car now has difficulty going into reverse. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST!

It means something to be able to put your trust and faith in someone to take car of your car while not taking advantage of you. It doesn't matter how big or small the job is, Berry's goes above and beyond in service. You can count on them to be more than fair and reasonable for the cost of repairs on parts and labor. That kind of commitment to excellence is hard to find now a days but you will find it at Berry's.

I walked in and told them about a problem I had and that I wanted them to diagnosis it. They told me they could diagnosis it the next day for $45, so I came back the next day and sat in their office. 30 minutes later they came out and told me they figured out the problem and that it would cost $145 to diagnose and replace the part, they'd just have to get the part, and I asked how long that would take and they said about 30 minutes to get the part and 30 minutes to install it, and that's exactly how long it took, and I drove away with it fixed an hour later. A week later I brought it back to be inspected, and they remembered me and followed up on it and went and inspected it and ten minutes later I had my car back. Would recommend to anyone, very friendly and lightning-fast, reliable service.

This family is hands down the most honest and the best in concord! I went in after I purchased a used car because is was shifting hard. They kept my car for two days trying to figure it out. After all said and done they told me everything was perfect! If I had went somewhere else I could have been easily ripped off. I highly suggest if you want honest people to look at your transmission these people are the ones! Thank you berry and family I will be back for anything I need!
