Watch out for these guys they'll over charge you for things that they don't even do, not sure how you put 12qts of oil in a truck that only holds 7, and try to charge 4.5hrs for a 10min job, I'm a business owner myself and understand you have to make money to run a business but there's also a thing called honesty. That's not what you'll get here. SAD

Car ahead of me on I85 hit a massive chunk of tire and flung it into my car on the way into town last week. Not long after my AC began to make a funny hissing noise — never a good sign! Rob and team allowed me to drop the car off same day, had the issue diagnosed and two potential solutions (a fast one and a budget friendly one — my favorite varieties!) and had it fixed and ready to go in a very timely manner, kept me up to date on status and helped ease my anxiety about the whole ordeal with patience. My experience here was pretty great Ryan was very kind and he explained pretty much everything that was wrong with my car, I went away to NYC for the holidays and he kept in constant contact by email and sending me photos of issues they found with my car. I appreciate that a ton. Told the most important things to get done on the car first and what should be tackled next. If you need something done and fixed check them out. So easy to arrange for service. Had my car towed in, called the next morning, and received feedback by the end of the day. Used text messaging to provide details and costs which made it really simple to see every aspect of the problems, the individual costs, taxes, parts, and labor. Even after asking for, an additional service of a state inspection, I was informed that it wasnt need based on my situation and no other facility that I dealt with provided that detail. On top of it all, they saved me roughly $1000 on repairs. The dealership was $1000 more which I knew was too high which is how I ended up coming to them. Finally, service was friendly via phone and definitely in person. Robert and Ryan were great! I will definitely be using them going forward! Thanks guys for a great and easy experience. To be honest, when I first walked into the office there was a woman standing who look like she was in distress which concerned me. However, I still made my appointment for the following Monday. Before I left by accident woman if she was okay I was asking just concerned about the look on her face. But she told me what the issue was when I showed up to my appointment. The atmosphere was totally different. I was greeted with smiles even though I was an hour early. They explained to me why they couldn't take me at that time and I understood. When I came back I was greeted by both Representatives with smiles. We actually laughed and joked. I have to say also if I could have picked it up and brought it home. I would if it it was so comfortable and relaxing in there. Not only was I read it by the representatives, I was also greeted by their puffy. The most gorgeous little creature I've seen in a little while. When I told my daughter about the woman I initially saw and she told me about her cost I was hoping and worried that I might be charged for something that I did not need to be charged for. But I went back because it was so highly recommended the place to go by your neighbor I trust. But they got me in and out and record time and I'm actually going back to have my mirror repaired with them. Their treatment turned my concerns and worry around and I just wanted to say thank you to them all.

Very good experience! they did an awesome job on my car I had to have 4 new tires, brakes, rotors, and pads plus an oil change all done in 2 hours no problems at all and it drives like a brand new car now. I couldn’t be more impressed!! So if you want a good place to bring your vehicle to get it fixed concord auto service is it!
