I took my vehicle up to Charlie's yesterday for a tire change and alignment. He had me in and out in about an hour. He also reached out to me to make sure my tires were riding smooth and to make sure I was happy with the service provided. He went over and above what he needed to do. His right hand man Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Charlie's auto to all of my friends, family, and co workers. They do exceptional work and the pricing was well below what Land Rover would have charged me. If you have a high end vehicle that needs regular maintenance I would take it here instead of getting ripped off at the dealership. If you are looking for a laid back atmosphere with a home fill and honest people then this is the place you should take your vehicle to.

Been looking for an alignment for weeks. Went to multiple shops. One shop told me about Charlie's after I drove to Concord to a shop just to be turned away. Thank goodness to because I was starting to give up. The entrance was kinda difficult to find because of the box trucks and, I wasn't greeted the best. I do believe they were discussing a previous job. However these gentlemen got me in and got my car safe for my family. They heard our concerns from the previous shop's work. The guy up front assured us we were in good hands. My car was in the back for about 15 to 20 min while we waited in an air conditioned, spacious area with lots of vendors around. Really saved me from walking to the store for a drink and snack for my lil girl. It's now been about 2 weeks after my car was in their shop and no problems have shown. Thank you very much for helping. Very affordable to.

I brought my SUV in for an estimate on repairs. They told me I needed a catalytic converter. I made an appointment for weeks later. I was told that the repair should be able to be done within one day. Called in the day before to make sure that everything was OK. Dropped my car off the night before and left the key in the dropbox. When I called to check on my car on my lunch break, They acted like they didn’t know who I was and where my car was. And then they figured it out. My husband called back and they said they would have the car ready between five and seven, Which I thought was strange because they close at five. We got no callback. And then when I got off work I drove over at 7 o’clock and there’s no one here. My car is still inside and I have no way to get to it. Now, one of us is left without a car tomorrow and it’s not Going to work. I’m disappointed that I planned ahead and was left high and dry.

I've always had a good experience here. They're fast quick accommodating and hands down have the best prices in town. They do move really fast because demand is so high here and you can trust their work. I think this alone is proof that Charlies Auto Concord has built a strong loyalty with its customers. I've never had a problem here and will always bring my vehicle here when I have car problems. Ryan (front desk) is a genuine guy who will remember you and brings a unique personal touch to service.

I trusted them with my car and got disappointed quickly they didn’t fix the issues was extremely rude I had a full tank of gas in my car when I got it back it was almost empty they said the owner said he only drove my car 50 miles but actually drove it a 127 miles I had red clay mud all in my car from Them not putting mats down now I gotta get it detailed to get the mud out my car the owner was very rude and not willing to correct his mistakes or own up to his Wrong doing I understand test driving a car but 127 is a little obsessive I will never go there and I don’t think anyone else should either you can’t trust nothing they say

The nastiest customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’m shocked that they are still in business and budget should not be doing business with them at all. I show up to pick up my budget truck in which I made a prior reservation for a 12 foot truck. They tried to give me a cargo van and tell me it was the same thing. Then tell me the only thing they can do is give me a few free miles. I returned the truck same day and they told me first thing Monday they would remove the hold and charge me for the actual amount. I called them Monday afternoon because I have not received any email or call from them. They told me that they were busy and would get back to me. I called them again later still nothing. When I called again, the guy told me he already told me they will get to me when they get to me and hung up the phone and now will not answer my calls. It was the same man who was rude to me when I went to pick up my truck in the first place and told me a 12 foot truck is the same thing as a cargo van, which is grossly false. When I finally got a hold of someone, he then gave me a total much higher than what was on my reservation and says it was because of insurance that I never added and it’s too late and it’s something we should’ve noticed when we picked up the truck even though we never added it. This place does bad business practices. They are not honest. They are rude and untrustworthy. I would not rent a car from them nor would I trust them with my personal vehicle or my business. I highly suggest they train their staff in customer service etiquette or just learn to be a better person. The response here just PROVES how unprofessional this company is and why you shouldn’t do business with them. An evection? I’m unsure why you are under the impression that is the case. We were given free miles because you did not have the truck that we reserved that online said was available. It was to correct your mistake. And in turn you incorrectly charged us for something MORE expensive to make up for it. Then proceeded to charge the card I had on file which you told me you were unable to over $100 because I wrote you a bad review. This is theft and will be handled accordingly. (Posted their origin response since they wanted to change it, just be aware of the people you want to do business with everyone.)
