I don't often write reviews, but the excellent experience I had working with Randy Hembree on my 2005 RAM 2500 Diesel truck is why I am writing this review. Randy was professional, personable, and worked with me as I asked for additional work to happen. My injectors were replaced, valve lash adjusted, and a window switch replaced all in a very timely manner. I am extremely pleased with the service I received, the truck runs fantastic, and I highly recommend Randy for your vehicles needs as your service advisor.

I have purchased two vehicles from Hendricks Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep in the last ten years. Their service department is second to none! Service advisor Terry Naranch has kept my old 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 with Cummins engine running at peak performance. And when I decided to trade it for a new 2023 Jeep Gladiator Mojave, salesman Jeff Stark was very helpful and patient with my decision making process.... even locating the rare punkin metallic color option at another dealership in South Carolina. Once my decision was made, purchase experience was quick and easy! I'd definitely recommend Hendricks Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep for any vehicle needs!

This dealership has nice staff but they don’t consider their customers for the service department. You make an appointment and are on time for a simple oil and tire rotation. You sit in the waiting room for an hour then check on your vehicle and it hasn’t been touched. This is not good customer service. Then when it finally get completed, almost two hours later, you check and none of the fluids other than oil have been topped off. This has been the same for the last four services. I even spoke to the manager last time and got an apology but is the same now. Been almost an hour and still sitting outside. Might need a new scheduler. The sales and service writers are nice though.

Bri Miller saved the day! She has saved my whole experience to be honest. The customer service that I received from the representative prior to Bri was subpar to say the least. I was incredibly frustrated as I had just purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and was experiencing immediate electrical issues. My rep prior to Bri I was giving no clear information, wouldn't find answers, dropped the ball multiple times, I received no call backs, and she was never available when I called. I was very concerned that this was going to be the normal experience anytime I needed the services of the Jeep dealership. Definitely dampened the excitement of my new Jeep purchase! I switched to Bri and she set a new expectation for me, thank God! She keeps me updated, got answers when she didn't know them right off, was smart, super enjoyable to work with, anticipated my needs, and knew how to help. She is results driven and that's priceless esp in the auto industry. Thanks, Bri!!!!

Brianna Miller was fantastic at helping us get through the repair process. Our Grand Wagoneer has been a major problem child but she has been great and super helpful. I can always count on her to give me the latest information and she is completely forthcoming with all of her information. Hopefully no one has to go through the same issues with their vehicle but if you do Brianna is definitely the one to help through the process.

I recently had an excellent experience at Hendrick Jeep, and I want to give a special shoutout to Brianna Miller and Joe Alexander for their outstanding service. I brought my Jeep in due to an electrical issue that was causing some frustrating problems. Brianna was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. She carefully listened to my concerns and kept me updated throughout the troubleshooting process. You’ve got a real winner there! What truly impressed me was how dedicated Brianna and Joe were in tracking down the root cause of the electrical issue. It took some time and teamwork, but they worked diligently to identify and fix the problem, showing real expertise and persistence. They have a Kids' Room!!! With littles in tow, having a safe space to hang out (with a door to enclose our noise) while our vehicle is serviced is FANTASTIC! There are comfy adult chairs, a kid table with kid chairs, a magnetic "aquarium" wall with movable fish, snacks and drinks in the vending machines, free tea and coffee, and Wi-Fi. I haven't even gotten my vehicle back yet, but I'm already in love with this service center!

I trusted them for servicing since they are the official deal for Jeep. Charged me $200+ for diagnostics and then asked me to replace full exhaust hardware which would cost me above $3,000. I was able fix the problem by replacing a small section of pipe with less than $200. They found leak in the oil hardware and recommended to replace the full hardware! I found out they made a leak on the filter last time they changed the oil. I just had to replace the filter again! Over all their engineers are there to make them money they will not give you better option. Beware!

I am writing this to warn anyone in the towing industry or any vehicle owner to stay far away from service manager Justin Schlittenhardt. We operate a fleet of tow trucks and brought one of our units in for repairs. After his "inspection" and service, the truck was returned to us still leaking oil. Because Justin failed to properly diagnose and fix a basic oil leak, our engine completely blew up just one week later. When we confronted him about this massive failure, instead of taking responsibility or trying to make it right, he incredibly suggested that we sue Hendrick. We followed that advice and did exactly that. After a legal battle, Hendrick ended up covering the cost of an entire engine replacement because it was proven that the damage was a direct result of Justin Schlittenhardt’s lack of knowledge and professional negligence. If you care about your vehicle, your livelihood, or your bottom line, do not trust this individual with your equipment. Total lack of accountability and technical expertise.

My Jeep Grand Cherokee heating system stopped working when I was driving on my way from Philadelphia to Atlanta. I started calling Jeep Dealers along my route and was turned away from more than 5 (from some being laughed at for asking for same day appointment) before I called Hendrick. They were super friendly, gave me a same day appointment (the gentleman on the phone even switched to German after identifying my accent) and fixed everything on the spot so I could continue my journey after a short break. Thanks to Curtis and the entire team supporting me and working on my car. They did an amazing job keeping me in the loop on the progress and fixing everything. I wish I had such a great dealership in the Atlanta area.

I am writing this to warn other business owners and fleet managers about the sheer incompetence and lack of accountability displayed by Service Manager Justin Schlittenhardt. If you value your equipment and your bottom line, take your business elsewhere. We brought in one of our fleet vehicles specifically pointing out that there was oil in the coolant. Despite this clear red flag, Justin and his team replaced the oil pump and—incredibly—failed to flush the contaminated coolant system. Predictably, the engine failed completely just one week later. When confronted with this oversight, Justin didn't offer a solution, an apology, or a way to make it right. Instead, he looked me in the face and told me to file a lawsuit against his employer. ### The Aftermath: • Legal Action Required: We followed his "advice" and filed the lawsuit. • Corporate Accountability: Hendrick eventually covered the full cost of the engine replacement, essentially admitting the service department’s negligence. • Lost Time: We lost weeks of productivity because a Service Manager would rather be sued than do his job correctly the first time. It is baffling that Hendrick continues to employ someone who actively encourages litigation against the company rather than resolving basic service failures. Justin Schlittenhardt is a liability to his employer and a disaster for his customers.
